Obama approval at 3-year high — 8 Comments

  1. 24/7 coverage of Trump probably means most people have no idea of what is happening elsewhere in the world and what has been caused by Obama’s policies.

  2. “Obama approval at 3-year high”

    I knew very well how the average memory of the American voter is ridiculously short . . . but I had not counted on it actually crossing the zero marker and becoming negative.

  3. Didn’t commrade Stalin state that it was the tabulation that really counted ?

    If Barry’s approval is that high — explain Trump, Sanders, Cruz….

    The REAL metrics on the economy are covered over at ZeroHedge.

    { It has to be a KGB// SVR asset. }

  4. More likely, it is because he is not really doing anything. Obama’s approval tends to go up the less that he is in the news. And while Obama can ignore many problems now, or benefit from good timing by not having to do anything, the next President will have to do something.

  5. This poll is funny but not ha-ha funny. The messiah’s real approval rating is in the low 40s or high 30s. The BERNIE swarm alone tilts him into below 50%

  6. I agree with Yankee. When Obama isn’t in the news much, he approval rating increases. I think barring a crisis, and with Obama rising, the Democrat is heavily favored.

  7. Unfortunately non of the candidates (or the President) is asking voters to actually do anything. Granted Cruz is in favor of ending subsidies to industries and will cut some personal tax deductions, but everyone else is in hand out mode. Trump’s vague vision is to shut down immigration (which nearly every other GOP candidate agrees with) but start a trade war with the world. His supporters somehow think this will help someone. Sanders as an out and out communist only asks billionaires to someway contribute more but is very vague about that. Obama still projects the idea that somehow electing him was penance for Jim Crow. All he asks for is subservience to real lefty politics.

    Im sorry, we need to really sharpen up in the US It’s our responsibility to have grade and high schools back to the levels they were in the 1940’s. A high school graduate then dressed like an adult, was expected to behave like an adult and take adult responsibilities. If college costs too much, then don’t go or do it another way. The schools will get the message eventually. We cannot let the government be the leader on this.
