Crickets:
Crickets, family Gryllidae (also known as “true crickets”), are insects somewhat related to grasshoppers, and more closely related to katydids or bush crickets (family Tettigoniidae) and Weta (families Anostostomatidae and Rhaphidophoridae). I don’t like the idea of giving any aid to Egypt, BUT…
The US has provided about $1.5/year in aid since 1987. Since the Muslim Brotherhood is the current Egyptian gov’t and have promised – wink, wink – to honor all previous agreements with the US gov’t, the aid has continued unabated.
What the MB, however, has done with the money beyond the agreed usage is another matter and should be investigated.
Since Obama is giving them F-16s they figure never give a sucker an even break
