King Charles visits and some interesting things happen — 5 Comments

  1. yes, he came across relatively witty, must have had a pretty good speech writer,

instead of unintentionally foolish on some matters, as his stance with skydragon, and Gaza, the latter is not terribly surprising sadly, one has to pretend that the rule of law, or even freedom of speech really operate in Oceania, see the events in Gilder’s Green today, (which the dailies have soft pedaled, like voldemort, the problem cannot really be faced) the Foreign Office doesn’t dissapoint, in its venomous anti Jewish sentiment, the replacement for the grubby hack mandelson, Brian Turner, some place holder,

I am a dissapointed Anglophile, to what Ole Brittania has become, just in the last 30 years, I guess he has to keep a stiff upper limit, to deal with the pigs breakfast Starmer has made, the era of Churchill has long passed, of course he’s not viewed as an unalloyed plus, in certain places like India, because of the war,

the President in his brash unabbashed way, is a booster of Anglo Sazon culture, probably more than Charles, less relativist, not resentful over his scottish heritage,

  2. My Wife and I traveled all over the UK, by car. Mostly stayed off the M roads, took a lot be B roads. We stayed in B&B’s, ate great English Breakfast. Had some very good food in Pubs in out of the way places. Loved it. We even enjoyed London. Times have changed.
By the way the Foreign Office has always been a center of antisemitism. Upper levels of British Society were/are bred that way. It has moved down now, with all the Muslims. Shame really.
I have been rewatching, for the umpteenth time, Midsomer Murders. All that beautiful English Countryside, and village. Never going back. Getting to old to drive there, and it would not be the same without my Sandy.

  3. miguel:

Mr. London Stabby is a British “naturalized” citizen from Somalia.

    Shocked, I am. (Sarc)

He must have thought it was WW Eleven all over again, i.e., OK to kill the Jews.
