  1. Coastal Atlantic from south Florida to Gulf Stream is a different color than the Gulf Stream “blue edge” — weird first time I saw it, but friend had told me to keep going in CA until it met blue water. Missed it at first until noticing the water I was in was very blue. Turned around and went back–found the ‘line‘.

  2. I quit listening when he states at 4:38 that the Atlantic is “5 times more salty” than the Pacific.
There is a difference, but it’s minimal- in absolute terms it’s ~0.32% vs ~0.36%.
Maybe an AI hallucination, maybe everything else is wrong. Not worth any more of my time.

  3. Long ago I stood at the tip of theAfrican continent and observed the meeting of the two oceans. There was a visible difference in the two waters but it was suble. The video is exaggerated!

  4. Maybe I was asleep at the switch and missed this a couple months ago:

Leader of Antifa Cell Members in North Texas Sentenced to 100 Years in Prison for Terrorist Attack on ICE Facility

Seven Additional Defendants Also Sentenced Before One-Year Anniversary of Attack to a Combined 450 Years in Prison

Today, the Justice Department announced that eight North Texas Antifa Cell operatives were sentenced for their roles in rioting, using weapons and explosives, providing material support to terrorists, obstruction, and the attempted murder of an Alvarado police officer at the Prairieland Detention Center on July 4, 2025. This is the first sentencing of defendants affiliated with Antifa following President Donald J. Trump’s executive order designating the group as a Domestic Terrorist Organization in September 2025.

    Don’t mess with Texas!

  5. Surveying all of the existing threats to our traditional American social, political, and religious order, and to our freedom and democracy, in my view, the greatest of these threats, and the most underrated and essentially ignored is, Islam, whose most fervent adherents are intent on taking over our “unbeliever” nations, on our
“conquest,” beginning through constant and increasing, wide-spread pressure, through guile–always pushing us back and “gaining ground for Islam”– and, as we have seen in many western countries around the world, eventually, by force.

  6. Leader of Antifa Cell Members in North Texas Sentenced to 100 Years in Prison…

Federal charges? Any chance some idiot pardons them on his or her way out of office?

  7. Snow on Pine, you are totally right. We give them far too much latitude in the name of religious freedom – latitude we grant to no other group.

  8. ”Surveying all of the existing threats to our traditional American social, political, and religious order, and to our freedom and democracy, in my view, the greatest of these threats, and the most underrated and essentially ignored is, Islam…”

I strongly disagree with this. The greatest threat to us and our liberty is the Western Left. Without the protection of the Left Islam would be swept away both domestically and internationally in short order.

I agree on this. Not just Islam, either.

Consider the student misbehavior on university campuses, harassing (or worse) speakers, burning pamphlets, trying to get faculty fired, sabotaging property and all the rest.

None of this would be possibly without (at least) the tacit consent of the University administration. Imagine if every one of these troublemakers (not the ones who protest by legit means, but the lawbreakers and public nuisances and violent ones) received a notice of expulsion shortly after the incident, and faced arrest if they committed crimes. I suspect that this stuff would come to a screeching halt.

Note that most red State universities have a much smaller issue with this, and even the blue State schools with administrations that don’t tolerate nonsense are also mostly unaffected.

The heart and soul of our problem (at least in the immediate term) is not Islam, it’s white straight liberal activists and their enablers in the government.

  10. “The heart and soul of our problem (at least in the immediate term) is not Islam, it’s white straight liberal activists and their enablers in the government.”

On what basis do nonwhites and/or homosexuals get a pass? And instead of “liberal,” why not call out The Party Whose Name We Dare Not Speak, “Democrats”?

  11. Yes, I do agree with Selfy’s point.
There are plenty of minorities heavily involved in the crazy Left’s destruction of a civil, sane America.

Because they are marginal in terms of impact. Do you really think it was primarily homosexuals who made gay ‘marriage’ happen? It wasn’t. Some of them supported it, some of them did not, the driving energy came from the same hard core liberals who currently are leaning hard toward the DSA.

Note that their support for it had little to do with sympathy for homosexuals, too. The same liberals who demanded the legalization of gay ‘marriage’ are likely to tell gays and lesbians that it’s time to get back in the closet as Muslims increase their vote percentages.

And instead of “liberal,” why not call out The Party Whose Name We Dare Not Speak, “Democrats”?

    — Selfy

Because not all Dems believe in this stuff, just as not all Republicans support MAGA and Trump. The other major factions of the Dems are much less extreme and insane than the white lib ‘core’. The black vote, much of the ‘hispanic’ vote, are less about liberal ideology than revulsion at the Business Agenda.

Which is important, because our only hope of ever overcoming this is necessarily going to involve wedging the Democratic Party. Trump has already shown that this is possible.
