I think most people are outraged by it. So it’s hard to explain, except that I believe it has something to do with investment from the Gulf States, who are quite involved in all of this.
But as far as I can tell – which isn’t very far, actually – it only kicks in if all the requirements end up being met. It doesn’t happen now. I think it MIGHT be investment in specific projects rather than a grant of money.
Hard to tell. Maybe it requires that Iran not be the sort of tyrannical sewer it is now? I don’t know; tired of trying to read the murky and perhaps poisonous tea leaves.

It is very similar in color to my Abraham Darby, a David Austin English Rose. A great rose as it thrives and actually acts as a small climber here in Hawaii.
Mine is in full bloom right now and I see it out my kitchen window. It was in full bloom only four weeks ago and is looking gorgeous again.
