So the Gabbard document drop has penetrated the left minions, only because Trump has made statements, and they are always ready to respond to anything he says; nothing said on CNN, Drudge, or MSNBC. The result: it’s all a distraction from the Epstein files.
Who doesn’t gleefully look forward to Andrew McCarthy pissing on your head and telling you “It’s raining!”? ‘Cause you know it’s coming, right?
The interior shelving of our vanity was recently damaged by a leak (it was made of fiber board). I still haven’t been able to scrape the mildew off the wall. I’d prefer to not have one.

I want that medicine chest. And the 1920s tile. A couple of heavy terry cloth bathmats is all you need.

Is the bidet the next frontier in bathroom technology?

It is, but he relents after a couple of years in order to not make himself look altogether stupid.

Tyler Cowan professing to find it perfectly untroubling that the security state twisted the arms of the tech companies to ban unapproved opinions has McCarthy beat from now until they both shuffle off.
Too late for mccarthy
Probably also for cowan
I dont see where he made that claim
In one of my incarnations I ran the field operations of a demolition company, this video is very correct. When wood flooring was taken up they used newspapers for a vapor barrier, reading those papers was interesting.
Bath tubs are for people young enough to climb out of them.
Missed the Cowan article as well. Could you post a link please? Or direct me where to find?
So, who’s your best pitcher?
Oh. (thinking) Uh, he’s the guy with the recurring (various) latissimus dorsi issues and “forearm tightness” (elbow ligament tear) who hasn’t thrown a pitch in earnest all season. Yeah. That guy.
Ahhh. That would explain it then.
Someone I know & visited owned a vintage 1920’s apartment for a time, just off of Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood. He got it put on the LA historic building registry, which also creates a tax advantage.
I remember the bathroom with the white pedestal sink and the black and white little tiles arranged in bold patterns. Very cool. It also had wrought iron railing in the some of the main living area.
I’m both amused and bemused that CBS was apparently spending $100 million a year on a failing show with a writing staff of 200 people, evidently losing $40 million of it last year. It seems idiotic with fewer and fewer people watching TV at all, and most of those in an aging demographic that advertisers aren’t that interested in anyway. And this isn’t even going into the quality of the show itself, what with it essentially being pure tedious, left wing propaganda with little to no actual entertainment value. I guess this proves that authenticity and entertainment value can’t simply be brute forced no matter how much money and and how many writers you throw at it.
Nonapad: that’s not 200 writers, that’s 200 total staff. Conan’s TBS show for example had about 200 total staff and only around 15 writers.
I check Google News daily, to see what the Democrats are saying. It’s not totally unbalanced; ~5% of the articles are from right-leaning sources. :-O
Not a whisper about DNI Gabbard’s accusations there this morning. Maybe they’re waiting for their talking points/narrative to be approved?

I wonder how much Colbert’s writers get paid per “joke.”
DNI Gabbard an hour and a half ago:
Today, after nearly 60 years of questions surrounding the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., we are releasing 230,000 MLK assassination files, available now at archives.gov/mlk. The documents include details about the FBI’s investigation into the assassination of MLK, discussion of potential leads, internal FBI memos detailing the progress of the case, information about James Earl Ray’s former cellmate who stated he discussed with Ray an alleged assassination plot, and more.
Thanks to President @realDonaldTrump’s leadership, Executive Order 14176 resulted in three, unprecedented interagency efforts to identify, digitize, declassify and release files related to the federal government’s investigations into the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. King.
Sharksause, what on earth do 185 non-writers do? Does this include janitorial services? Plant (live) maintenance? Someone to make spa appointments? It’s crazy.
I say chimps trying to update hamlet a less quixotic exercise
We just built a garage apartment with small floor tiles in a B&W basket-weave pattern, with a beautiful sea-green wall tile. There’s a free-standing armoire for storage. In the primary living space upstairs, built 20 years ago, we have porcelain pedestal sinks and claw-foot tubs. No vanity cabinets–I detest them–but there are wall-mounted medicine chests and floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinets with doors and drawers.
I’m sure my heirs will have a devil of a time selling the place to people with more modern tastes, but we plan on being carried out feet first.
Looks like RFK Jr. got played.
This is pretty incredible:
Barry, re: Moderna COVID shot for kids
Wow!
And this is also odd:
“FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary “did not inform @RobertKennedyJr (who was on vacation) or his office that FDA was going to approve the mRNA shots for children,” citing sources familiar with the matter.”
Hmm. My first thought was that Makary must not have been informed, either! Such approval doesn’t seem to align with Makary’s views.
Although, the approval did say something like “for high risk children”.
Sure wonder what is really going on.
I’ll be interested in following this story.
Indeed, everything that Kennedy stands against.
Seems he can’t even go on holiday without making sure that someone he can trust is watching the office….
