What is awful is the SCOTUS ruling was not unanimous, but was 6-3. Why are the three usual suspects, the leftist female Justices, opposed to banning the brutal and insane transgender madness, which is suicidal for humanity in the long term?
Well one justice doesn’t know what she is, so how can she know anything else? And the “wise Latina?”
but she did get a two million dollar remuneration (um bribe) from the usual suspects, of course they won’t sic the bloodhounds on her, as they did with Clarence Thomas, but i’m thankful they got it right, almost in spite of themselves,

The issue is not even so much their own views, but the idea that SCOTUS and the Federal government have authority over states in such matters. Apparently the wedge for that was some kind of federal anti-discrimination law, but the majority fortunately did not fall for that.
One might opine—judiciously—that at least, to paraphrase Donald Rumsfeld, KBJ “knows” what she “doesn’t know”.

I’ve been trying to get somebody to explain the physical basis of gender to me but they mistake me for their mother and keep trying to tell me about their feelings.
As others have pointed out – if gender is separate from biology then why do they need to alter their bodies with drugs or even surgery to ” affirm their gender” ?
Progs have come up with a whole vocabulary to shield themselves from reality ‘epistemic closure reality based community systemic racism, gender affirming care’ its like the bricks montresor buries amontillado with in that italian villa (i think i have the characters right)
Gender: masculine and feminine, refers to sex-correlated attributes (e.g. sexual orientation). Trans- refers to a state or process of divergence. Transgender is a spectrum disorder with colorful degrees of equity and inclusion. The Rainbow symbol and rhetoric in human context is albinophobic. Pride parades are native to African savannas. Gender can be simulated through medical and surgical corruption, stimulated, transitioned, perhaps, through grooming.
Surgically mutilating a man into a caricature of a woman doesn’t make him a woman. At best, it makes him a eunuch.
The three evil women should be impeached and removed for this. It is BS that judges shouldn’t be removed for their rulings. It is one of the MAIN reasons they should be removed.
