If you want a summary of the legal situation regarding 2020 election fraud, take a look
This video by Frei and Barnes is two and a half months old, and I missed it when it came out. But it presents a relatively succinct discussion of the challenges Trump’s legal team faced in trying to fight possible fraud and other suspicious anomalies in the 2020 election, and I think it’s worth taking a look at even now:
Concerning the rigging of the election (or rather the “fortifying” of such by a “cabal” of the powerful), the leftist Molly Ball’s long piece in Time entitled “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election” is attracting much attention. According to the analysis by non-conservative, Trump-disliking Michael Tracey, the article demonstrates that “the Dem-aligned foundation/activist/media power structure in the U.S. successfully used every tool at their disposal to oust Trump, which had been their sole monomaniacal obsession for four years.”

Suppose that somehow the courts actually all came together and decreed that indeed, there had been massive cheating in the election and that in fact Trump won….what would happen then? Is there any means for removal of Biden and re-installation of Trump? Nothing I’m aware of would allow for that…and if it’s not possible,what’s the point? On the other hand…I can’t believe it’s going to stand as it is, even if it can be proven that there was massive cheating.
In other words…I don’t see a way out.

Early on I came to the conclusion that even if massive fraud could be proven, there was no remedy the courts would impose. They certainly weren’t going to re-do the election. That’s one of the major incentives for voter fraud – the lack of a remedy in most cases, unless a recount reveals the fraud (which it only does in certain very limited circumstances). The only solution is prevention.
The casino is rigged with no viable means of prevention in the future. There is not the slightest chance that the globalist left will allow a peaceful solution.

Barnes is right that Trump’s campaign should have been better prepared, but he also explains that many of the legal beagles (as a profession) are anti-populist and particularly anti-Trump.
The major disinformation campaign was a big red flag to him. The only companies that don’t want audits have something to hide.
Democrats have succeeded in challenging voter “fraud” by putting the margin of victory in question – to the benefit of Jimmy Carter in Georgia in his first election.
They know how it works.

I don’t see it. The Electors choose the President. The state elections are just methods of selecting slates of pledged Electors but they are all free to vote for whoever they want. Redoing the elections wouldn’t do anything, as the Constitution is silent on the manner of choosing Electors. The Electors were selected, they voted, those votes were counted, Biden had a majority. That’s it.
