  1. That is amazing, Watt. The leftist reactions are funny. Imagine, a black American male with a mind of his own.

  2. Today I was responding to an annoying guy on the language learning blog I go to. His screen name is asad100101.

100101 could be 45 in a kind of binary. So I googled asad 45 and got the Quran.

    Asad – Sura: 45. Al-Jathiyah – The Kneeling
    …
These messages of God do We convey unto thee, setting forth the truth. In what other tiding, if not in God’s messages, will they, then, believe?

    Woe unto every sinful self-deceiver

who hears God’s messages when they are conveyed to him, and yet, as though he had not heard them, persists in his haughty disdain!

    Bingo!

No wonder he’s the type of commenter who is always giving people unasked-for advice.

Guess that puts me in the “haughty disdain” unbeliever category. Dadgum right! I am an American Freethinker.

  3. Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s strongest condemnation of the targeting of the East-West Pipeline in the Riyadh and Madinah regions by several drones coming from Iraq, which resulted in human injuries and some damages that are being addressed.

    and

Saudi Arabia officially claims the attack against its East-West Pipeline originated from Iraq

    and

Attention. Important. According to a scoop revealed by Axios, yesterday Mohammed bin Salman reportedly had two phone conversations with Donald Trump, asking the President of the United States to launch attacks against the Houthis in Yemen, who are increasingly close to controlling the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

For now, Trump would have refused, despite the insistence of the Saudi crown prince, limiting himself to offering intelligence sharing and data for target acquisition, in the belief that the USA should not open a second front after that of Hormuz and that it falls to America’s regional partners to manage the Houthi threat.

My assessment is that this is a (another) serious mistake. Riyadh does not have the strength to keep the Houthis in check on its own. And without the United States, it will be difficult to see a coalition capable of stemming the problem before it’s too late.

Here for a more complete picture of the situation

President Trump I dare say is mulling over his ill-fated Project Freedom to open the Hormuz Strait, only to have the KSA deny the US use of airbases and overflight rights. Pity, huh? Maybe Pakistan and Turkey will come to aid the feeble Sauds? Or nah?

Oh, rather we have these guys:

Israel may join strikes against Houthis – US source

According to Lebanese media, citing anonymous US diplomatic sources, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu offered Israeli assistance and military aid to Arab states. The alleged offer was intended to help form a broader regional coalition to halt the advancing Houthis.

    Ha!

  4. Here’s a “Chinese national” who, according to the linked story, was hired to work in our Customs and Border Protection on the Maine-Canada border–as a “supervisor” no less–and who was reportedly ripping out higher end components from a reported 40-50 government computers–even filmed doing so–replacing them will lower grade components, and selling the higher grade components on the Internet, meanwhile degrading the capabilities of the government computers he modified.*

Who the hell thought it was a good idea to hire a “Chinese national” for such a sensitive position in the first place?

Why wasn’t he immediately removed from his position, fired and/or prosecuted when they caught him the first time, instead of him just being given a warning, which allowed him to keep on ripping components out and selling them?

    * See https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/09/chinese-national-working-as-cbp-supervisor-maine-canada/

    What the hell?

Talk about “the fox guarding the hen house.”

Looks to me like this whole CBP unit needs to be investigated–top to bottom–and other people fired, especially including whoever hired him, and his supervisors who, according to this report, seem to have let his conduct continue on for far too long.
