The FBI had 14 different informants feeding them evidence of Biden family corruption for years – and instead of investigating it, they launched a secret op called “Round River” to bury the whole thing as Russian disinformation.
They put Bill Barr, Mike Pompeo, Chuck Grassley, Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, and Rudy Giuliani on a list of “Russian conduits” while treating the Bidens as the victims. Same Bureau that spent years chasing Crossfire Hurricane on Trump with far less.
Kash Patel is now investigating this mess and has already shut down the task force that ran it. If even half of these documents check out, it’s a textbook case of the deep state putting its thumb on the scale to protect one side and kneecap the other.

Bjorn Lomborg always worth reading if only as a sanity check.
Brings up a conundrum. Pretty much every law regarding international relations and every general expectation of how things are supposed to go…rests on what might be called the Westphalian Model. As……everything is about sovereign states. And, with the exception of Antarctica, every speck of dry land on the globe is part of a sovereign nation state.
So. What do do about non-state actors? Cartels. Terrorist groups funded and controlled by organizations in other sovereign nations. Can’t “deal” with them without invading or otherwise inconveniencing a sovereign nation not officially involved in whatever’s going on. Now what? Assassination teams touring the five-star accomodations in, say, Qatar? Get a souce in the laundry room? Whatever the good guys do will look like aggression against an innocent nation which has nothing to do with anything.
Another political changer. He switched from Democrat to Independent, and mourns the loss of the Democrat party he had thought he belonged to – but eventually discovered he didn’t.
He writes: “I found myself asking a question I never imagined I would ask.
” Had the party changed? Or had I simply been the last one to notice?”
Interesting dance. In the still, the woman’s feet make me think of joint replacement featuring ball bearings. The guy’s oversized, beige shirt with no decorations and boots are, I suppose, representing the peasant class at some kind of picnic. Problem is, his tights ruin the effect.
But the moves, imo, have exactly the right effect.
