    The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) is reportedly evaluating options to relocate parts of its military operational infrastructure from Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia to Israel following extensive Iranian missile and drone attacks on US facilities during the recent conflict, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

  2. Mike Plaiss, it seems that Saudi (and other?) non-cooperation had something to do with the short life of Operation Freedom to open the Strait.

    Somaliland has offered a base, but that would take a while.

  4. One hopes so, but you never know. Somaliland has recognized Israel, I believe, and is pro-American.

    Wow! So we really are giving the mullahs and IRGC everything they are demanding.

  6. The IRGC has been far more able to reach the Gulf States than it has Israel. This sounds like they’ll have a harder time hitting us.

  7. The Boy Scouts used to play a large role in American life and culture, and was a formative—perhaps the major formative experience–of a lot of boy’s childhoods, with follow on effects throughout these boy’s lives as men.
