Multiple reports this morning from both right and left sources saying Iran has declared the Strait closed and has fired on a tanker. Many ships about to transit have turned back. I’ve seen no reports on trump’s response. For myself, I think Power Plant and Bridges day is overdue. How much patience can trump exhibit in face of such? Is going to be an interesting weekend. In 24 hours we’ve gone from a deal being signed this weekend to Iran firing on ships.
Well, the cease fire officially ends Wednesday I believe. Perhaps SHIREHOME will get his wish.

We are living in a golden age of democratized video media. One reason Hollywood and mainstream media are in trouble is that practically anyone can put out small videos and, if good enough, people will watch them instead of big budget movies and tv shows.

Street photographer Christopher Ward has amassed more than a million followers simply by capturing the wisdom of strangers in stop-and-chat videos
Rabbi Avraham Zarbiv’s 15 minutes of fame works nicely as a capsule summary of the political divide in Israel – paralleled in the US and elsewhere – between the “woke” and those who have woken up.
Zarbiv is one of those Israeli Clark Kents who turn into supermen to defend our country – a rabbi and Rabbinical judge who serves in a Reserves engineering unit. He operates one of the heavily armored bulldozers that are used to clear the battlefield.
But in Gaza the urban battlefield was booby-trapped. and terrorists lurked in tunnels and abandoned houses.
While politically-correct generals dithered about what to do, Israeli soldiers had to capture – and recapture – these dangerous urban terrain, incurring casualties as they went block by block and house by house.
Eventually Zarbiv and his team pushed for permission to level buildings after they were taken – a logical, obvious step that eluded the woke officers core.
Dozens of lives were probably saved by this common-sense action.
One remnant of Israel’s socialist past is the official, Soviet-style Independence Day ceremony – which includes 7 torches lit by “exemplary citizens” in various areas of endeavor. The selection is a tortured mix of identity politics, and after decades of Likud control, the ceremony is no longer the exclusive domain of the Leftie elites. in particular, Likud MK Miri Regev has pushed to recognize a more pluralistic cross-section of society, including religious leaders and others previously marginalized by the socialists.
So this year Regev picked Zarbiv to light a torch… which has triggered a wave of elitist pearl clutching – that has been answered by even larger waves of scorn from the Israeli mainstream. The majority of families still have people in uniform and on one front or another – and they have had it with Oslo and want us to decisively wipe out our enemies (as one blunt bumper sticker says “Finish Them!”). The leftist elite consistently gives evidence that it is clueless and out of touch – and wish failure for Bibi more than victory for Israel… sound familiar?
Meanwhile – the cease fire is scheduled to end the day before Israel’s Independence Day… like many here, I am exchanging chats with friends and family to determine if we are getting together for the traditional cookout, or staying closer to home in case the bombings resume…

Many of the players in that treasonous episode were involved in subsequent crimes against the nation: the 2020 election fraud; the Jan. 6 fed-provoked “insurrection” at the US Capitol; the fake House committee set up to pretend to investigate it; the Mar-a-Lago Raid; the multiple Trump prosecutions of 2024, the censorship campaign; and the manifold perfidious turpitudes of the “Joe Biden” administration, including the massive invasion of illegal immigrants.
It’s all going to come out now in one overwhelming puke-stream channeled into actual prosecutions. Only question is: will the massive revelation of truth prompt the millions of successfully brainwashed Americans to finally get their minds right over what has been perpetrated on our country?

I doubt it. The leftys I follow continously claim that we are the ones brainwashed, and they are the ones that see the light. An unbridgable chasm.
What a wonderful man in the video. From a different era. Reminds me of my own father, who was born in 1928, and just passed in October 2025. He had such great manners and was gracious to strangers and neighbors alike. One thing he revealed to us near the end, that we never knew about because he was very humble, he was voted by his high school peers as the most popular student. Suddenly it’s quite misty around here.
Oh, I love watching this guy’s videos! They are always so interesting as they are about real people and real life.
I like the fact that this 90-year old man had the courtesy to stand up near the end of the video. Such as gentleman!
In a sense this is bad because a short and final end of war is now delayed. But now the opportunity to defeat through force the Totalitarian enemy completely is here.
Either US and Israeli militaries, or else the popular resistance overwhelms them.
But this turns on the populace getting arms for defense.

The topic was Eric Swalwell, and Turley this telling statement essentially twice.
