HAPPY ST. PADDY’S DAY to you all. That was great, Neo. I am making my St. Paddy’s Day dinner. Corned Beef, Cabbage, and Colcannon. Colcannon I make came from a recipe that I got in a Cooking Class many yr ago. Mashed Potatoes, with Leeks and Cale, plus lots of Butter. Unfortunately, no Irish Whisky or Guiness. Do have a nice Dark Beer though. Will try to find “The Quiet Man” to watch.
