Neoneocon.com is having technical difficulties
Grrrr!!!
You may have noticed that my blog neoneocon.com is down right now. My host is working on it, as they say. The B-team—the one that answers the phone there—didn’t seem able to solve it, so they kicked it up to the A-team. Now I’m just waiting to hear back from that group.
Meanwhile, I’ll be posting here.
I’m not sure whether this problem has anything to do with the planned transition to this site, but so far it doesn’t seem to be related, although I guess I’ll find out more as time goes by. If you look around here you’ll notice that most of the content from the old blog is now displayed on this blog. I call that progress.
But the current problem with the other site is very frustrating, I have to say. Please bear with me while it’s being worked on.
Good luck solving the problem. The new site looks very good and displays well in both google and firefox. I like the larger typeface and the line length is OK, if a little long for my taste but certainly much better than a lot of sites.
The Other Chuck:
I think it’s a little long, too, but I’m not sure. People seem to like it. I may change it at some point, though, and shorten it.
The host is now telling me it should be fixed tomorrow morning. I’ll believe it when I see it.
And here we are, meeting in a new place, Is this it now and do I need to move this bookmark in the place of the old one? I like this site and hope every thing is repaired soon and running smooth once more.
IMHO, stay here… you’re almost caught up now anyway. Unless there are other technical problems I’m not aware of.
Old Texan:
Once the redirect is in place, you can use either URL. But some things remain to be ironed out first.

Still a few things to be ironed out. A few glitches remain.
Apropos of Neo’s posts on FISAGate, there is an interesting article by Mark Wauck over at American Thinker, on the “big picture.” He states, “Only the principled actions of Admiral Mike Rogers at the NSA saved the day.”
I had read before something about what Mike Rodgers did, but partially forgot. So I found this article. Wow. It’s really the elephant in the room IMHO.
If I remember the other article I read (not listed here), director Rodgers discovered something like 85% of the tens of thousands of NSA database searches were done without FISC warrants.
Followed your latest link on your old blog.
I see this one is still missing “current articles”.
Hmm, the Núcha? font question can be tested here too, from the Slovak keyboard. Same ? question mark instead of the c with the hachek diacritic that makes it sound like ch. With the Slovak ch being more like the Yiddish; the latin Russian of kh would be better for Americans.
I suggest each time you link from your old blog to here you add an optional old post that has not yet made it to the old blog, even without final notes. Just a series of unfinished posts, possibly in progress…
Preview still does not seem to work.
And, here we are…… preview does not work but edit does work.
Buenos Dias. Como estas?
Baklava:
Asi asi. Still waiting for word on the time of the changeover.
