Another wonderful makeover — 9 Comments

  1. basically men dont get what they see..
they get cheated by fakery all around..
yet if they pretend something, oh the world will fall

heck, you may find the lady you want kids with used to be a man and just didnt tell ya.

  2. by the way, you do know there is a famous book of before and after make up shots of top models, right?

and there are a few websites whose focus is to show you how well photoshops are…

i worked on madison avenue for a bit, and no one wants to believe how much they can play with your head!!! one has to have an ego that accepts that they can do that to it.

Is the media selectively using pictures to help Hillary Clinton by making her look much younger than she is? Hillary Clinton’s stock pictures where she is pictured with other candidates look photoshopped to eliminate wrinkles

The weird thing occurs when you look at the stock pictures that the different networks use for the candidates. Below are the pictures from CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, CBS News, ABC News, and NBC News. In virtually all of them it is clear that Hillary Clinton’s picture has been photo shopped so that she has a plastic type look and she appears to be much younger than she is. Some of these pictures of Hillary Clinton are clearly airbrushed, particularly CNN and MSNBC. While Hillary Clinton’s campaign might have provided some of the pictures, many are clearly taken from these news programs stock footage. But all the pictures of Hillary Clinton show her decades younger than her true age. By contrast, half of Bernie Sanders pictures indicate that he is older than 74. For Martin O’Malley, 3/4ths of his pictures show that he is older than his true age of 53.

photoshop does what 1/4 inch of greasepaint cant..

    yawn..

We have reached another milestone in our fundamental transformation – the first male CoverGirl:

You might recognize makeup artist and YouTuber James Charles’s face from his ***flawless senior pictures. They went viral after he revealed that he’d brought his own light ring to the portrait session do-over (he didn’t like how the originals turned out).

Well, this 17-year-old is about to have another viral moment under his beauty belt (not to mention be a household name!) now that CoverGirl has announced that James is its first male CoverGirl spokesmodel. …

James will start out as the face/lashes of the brand’s latest mascara launch “So Lashy!,” but will also be fully integrated into ads, commercials, etc. He couldn’t be more excited about the news! Just see for yourself:

  4. Thank you for the entertaining respite from “the daily news”. Nothing wrong with making anyone feel good about themselves.

  5. Not in league with artfldgr, but I don’t get the ‘makeover’ thing. What is wrong with looking like you are? Gravity and age are reality. Mrs parker is 68, she looks her age and remains lovely to me. Am I missing something?

  6. I’m with parker. I still see Mrs. Snopercod as she was when she was 14. Still, though, I like it that these women can feel better by getting a makeover. I always like to see women happy.

  7. Snopercod,

I didn’t see Mrs. parker ar 14, but I saw her at 19 in physics 101, and it was for both of us love at first sight. Me the Iowa farm boy and her the Indy girl from the upper middle class both scholorship ( Yes I am not the total idiot many may imagine) students at DePaul University in Chicago. I still can close my eyes and see that willowy red head green eyed girl that took my breath away. Once in a life time one may get lucky, I got lucky.

  8. Parker–

Your story made me smile. Isn’t it amazing that we can still remember the first time we saw our mates, but can’t remember why we just walked into the kitchen? LOL!

  9. Neo…I agree with you…watching these “Makeover Guy” videos is amazing…I like seeing women look their best, and many don’t know how, or have forgotten, or have given up hope. But the videos show there’s hope for everyone, and the talent of these people (including many men) to make these transformations happen is really impressive
