  1. Oslo is much more insane than just that.

Norway shelters some of the world’s WORST islamist terrorists — one particular fellow has warrants out from London, Baghdad and DC — all for mass murder.

One of his boys murdered over 500 souls in one horrific blast — in Iraq.

Oslo refuses to hand him over. He roams the streets.

Likewise, Norway sees common (economic) cause with the OPEC oil ticks.

It was for this alignment that the PLO inked their deal with Jerusalem in Oslo, remember?

It’s also the nation that stamps the Nobel Peace Prize… decided by the Leftist powers that be in Oslo.

And, of course, Brevick was a die-hard Leftist who deliberately portrayed himself as being a neo-Nazi and sympatico with Pamela Geller! (That’s the weirdest pairing one can possibly imagine.)

    That is one daffy berg.

    &&&

This may be an instance of mass-Stockholm syndrome.

For it could be argued that the collective unconscious of Norway self-identifies as collaborationists able to have the conflict passover themselves — like 1940 thru 1945.

I’d say this is EXACTLY where Oslo elites are dreaming in.

The “13th Warrior” is also a totem to the Norwegian-Arab axis. The Vikings being rapine oceanic players — whereas the Arabs work the desert sands to the same purpose. Certainly, Lawrence of Arabia saw the parallels.

BTW, the Norse term for pirate = viking. They were Norsemen, ethnically. They self-identified as pirates. Their victims never picked up on this distinction — which is generally lost even now at this time.

{ For some crazy reason, Hollywood and pop writers always portray Vikings as coming from Norway. The reality is that the vast bulk of Norse culture resided in DENMARK. This was a Denmark that ran from below the modern border of Denmark up into Sweden — just shy of Stockholm. Denmark didn’t lose its Swedish turf until ‘modern’ times.

    It’s obvious that the same goofy politics runs through all three nations — which are basically city-states. }

Denmark appears to be waking up, though, probably because it was both conquered by Hitler AND non-collaborating.

(Denmark destroyed critical records (ethnic files) and shuttled (virtually) all Danish Jews off to Sweden — on the sly. The Nazis were not happy. The best way out of Nazi Germany was by way of Denmark. For some reason it’s never gotten much press.)

  2. New Low: Rosie O’Donnell Uses Canadian Terror Attack to Push Gun Control

Rosie O’Donnell wasted no time on Thursday in taking the shooting in Canada and spinning it into a plea for gun control in America.

“But 86 people are killed a day are killed in America with guns. And you know what, that is terrorism here.”

In 2006, she flatly declared that the Second Amendment is “not really a right.”

On October 7, she blamed the United States for creating ISIS.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

the united states has 318,952,000 people
about 60% of the homicides in the US are by gun
this is about 9,150 per year (not over 30,000 as she claims)
this is about 2.97 homicides per 100,000
there are about 88.8 guns per 100 people in the US

brazil, columbia, venezuela have higher gun homicide rates than the united atates

    brazil has 14 million guns
    columbia has 2.7 million guns
    mexico has 15.5 million guns
    venezuela has 2.8 million guns
the USA has 270 million guns

in canada, only 32% of homicides are gun related
this is about 173 homicides per year
    13 homicides per 100,000
    30 guns per 100 people . 9.9 million

the need to protect things are not as great in canada.
but then again. you can track murder rates by race component and find very interesting results

black and russian countries have the worst rates
[spanish countris are mixed, some of the worst, some of the best]

    per 100k
    columbia has 61 murders
    el salvador 56
    south africa 39
    venezeula 32
    russian federation 29.7
    rwanda 26.6

countries in which most of the population is white asian or arab, have the lowest rates

    lusumburg .4
    japan .5
    singapore .5
    austira .7
    fiji .7
    uae .7
    norway .8
    qatar .8
    germany 1
    bahrain 1
    iceland 1
    denmark 1
    ireland 1.1
    italy 1.1
    jordan 1.2
    sweden 1.2
    netherlands 1.4
    CANADA 1.5
    USA 5.9

  3. oh forgot to mention..
brazil is tops in gun homicides..
and ALL firearms have to be registered there and you have to be 25 or older to own one. its illegal to carry one outside the home..

Mexican citizens and legal residents may purchase new non-military firearms for self-protection or hunting only after receiving approval of a petition to the Defense Ministry, which performs extensive background checks

race is a better predictor of gun homicides than registration… and tough laws…

  4. Doctor who treated Ebola patients in Guinea rushed to Bellevue Hospital with fever

The 33-year-old doctor identified as Craig Spencer returned recently while working in West Africa with Doctors Without Borders. He quarantined himself after developing nausea and a high fever, sources said, but was rushed to the hospital Thursday. Preliminary test results are expected in the next 12 hours.

    liberal phd moron…

  5. To prepare requires what we call preparation. Which is action. And action requires a reason.
My guess is that trying to sell the Norwegians, or at least their political class, on the reason would not work.
    To prepare:
Staff planning which means Saturday mornings, requiring comp time off later which requires rescheduling.
    Buying more guns. Money.
    Ditto ammo.
Range time. Which is done on the clock, which means shuffling around scheduling to cover for the guys at the range. Plus money.
Making sure we don’t have all the chopper pilots on vacation at the same time. Major cultural disconnect there.
A number of precious flowers claiming to be traumatized by the sight of armed cops. Big, anxious discussions in the media.
Claims by the immigrant community that they’re being targeted by this move. More anxious discussions in the media.
And the reason for all this is…?
    Ridiculous!

  6. I would say there´s another reason.

Scandinavian countries have been traditionally very peaceful countries. There´s almost no crime in Iceland, for example. And that has been the same in most of Scandinavia (but Karelia, which is the half-russian part of Finland). Scandinavia has been always like a big community of people who were highly civic and responsible.

It´s not about thinking that showing a gender face nothing bad happens. It´s about being able to face that Scandinavia is not a safe place anymore. That´s a shock.

And taking into account the inmigration policies and the enforced political correctness (Sweden just banned internet criticism to inmigration) makes it a far more difficult pill to swallow.

  7. “Something about the fact that Canada’s national government buildings had surprisingly lax security rang a bell.”
For a sharply contrary view, see Mark Steyn.

  8. Normally Canadians expect Americans to be attacked, since people like Canadians in the world but not Americans.
