Comcast has no mercy. Or customer service; they are routinely rated as having the worst customer service in the country.
Comcast at least tries to get customer support as a private corporation. The Federal Reserve doesn’t even need to listen to Congress or the President, let alone any private peons. They have no need for that pretense.
Which is more important: the entity that controls whether your currency has any value via hyper inflation or your internet service provider?
(Maybe don’t answer that if you are addicted to net games)
