More fallout… — 9 Comments

  1. Sigh. Missed the target post. One more problem with getting older . . .

[note from neo-neocon: I will switch your previous comment so that it appears on the right thread.]

  2. Looks like this is going to end up as a null precedent… (my own term. if it matches something real, forgive me – if there is a word or term to describe what I am saying, please teach me).

That either they have to accept precedent, and the point of burden and checking then fits in with prior such things (and future things)

or they have to sacrifice those other things as acceptance of this can then set new precedent back the other way.

what will they do? the “illegal” thing of course, take the mutual exclusionary position and null precedent.

IE, “the other laws before are still OK, and this law which is the same but really isn’t, is not ok”

to see such legal contradictory lopsidedness just look to family court… unequal treatment for equal outcomes was a much stated goal…

Personally i think its time for the states to take up position and start doing stuff. who cares what it is, but they should make up all kinds of stuff like this, and keep the fed lawyers and white house hopping from foot to foot…

  3. http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/region_central_southern_az/other/mexican-drug-cartels-now-control-parts-of-arizona

“Pinal County investigators say an area known as the smuggling corridor now stretches from Mexico’s border to metro Phoenix. The area, once an area for family hiking and off road vehicles has government signs warning residents of the drug and human smugglers. Night vision cameras have photographed military armed cartel members delivering drugs to vehicles along Highway 8.”

“We are three counties deep. How is it that you see pictures like these, not American with semi and fully automatic rifles. How is that okay? We are outgunned, we are out manned and we don’t have the resources here locally to fight this.”

  4. “We are three counties deep. How is it that you see pictures like these, not American with semi and fully automatic rifles. How is that okay? We are outgunned, we are out manned and we don’t have the resources here locally to fight this.”

Sounds like Arizona should pass a law allowing private citizens to possess fully automatic firearms, and tell the Federal government to go f*ck themselves if they don’t like it.

  5. Off topic, but I was at a 100-attendee Tea Party meeting tonight, and the group was universal in their conviction that Baraq is a knave, not a fool. This is a heterogenous group of blue and white collars.

  6. An interesting article here in the Canadian Free Press:

ONLY the US Supreme Court has Constitutional Authority to Conduct the Trial
    By Publius Huldah

    To quote most relevant:
Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.

Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:

In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction…

  7. there is no place to put this since we are still making up our minds if something is happening, and not trying to focus on what is really happening.

“As a result of my observations I have concluded that the so-called cultured classes of Western Europe and America are incapable of comprehending the current situation and the real balance of forces; these classes should be regarded as deaf and dumb and treated accordingly.” Lenin

and on the concept of faking a situation

a something a totalitarian state can do, that a free one cant – so free people dont realize what the other state can do that they cant do – we are equal, right?

“The deaf and dumb will believe it, telling the truth is a bourgeois superstition.

On the contrary, it is the end that sanctifies the lie.

While chasing profits in the Soviet market, the world’s capitalists will close their eyes to reality and thus change into deaf and dumb blind men.

They will give us credits that will help us to maintain Communist Parties in their countries and, by supplying us with essential materials, will rebuild the war industry we need for our future victorious attacks on our suppliers.

In other words, they will be working toward their own suicide.” Lenin

as I said, it might help if you study what they studied, rather than use the education they gave you as if it was valid..

telling the truth is a bourgeois superstition

Those with experience understand that this is the reason why you cant trust ever. You want liars and nasty people to wear a sign on them with a bell so you can see them coming. rather than go to that effort, you turn away, as he said, and you pretend they are not there, they don’t have a nature, and their goals are just deviating rhetoric.

these are people who STILL THINK exterminating most people on the planet is a good ideas as it leaves more for them….

    if you understand this:
telling the truth is a bourgeois superstition

then you understand why no treaty has been kept.

    why the dead still walk

why they maintained themselves in a third world state (as nuclear war can only be survived by such)

    why they changed our laws

    and on and on…

but dont worrry… you had over 40 years to “get it” and mostly all anyone did was facilitate it, not prevent it.

Now we are worried as to outcome?

at some point, they only have to offer decent jobs to the army of unemployed and welfare. and they will make sure the rest of us work for them.
