I realize this is a bit late, but somehow I missed the day that PJ published my latest article there, and therefore I neglected to link to it here.

As much as I hate (yes, hate because this result was unconstitutional), I admire how the LGBTQ pulled this thing off.
Complete devotion to a cause and billions to spend on litigation and lobbying.
They picked their litigation states (MA and IA) and after many wins in federal court, turned to legislation in a few states (NY and MN).
Molly Ball had a story on it in The Atlantic.
Every time I see Ted Olson on TV I am thinking his fee in the SSM case was $5m. At least.
