Spambot of the day — 5 Comments

  1. Mario wasn’t the hugely valuable builder of work, and neither was Luigi. Somebody else built that. Obama would probably say it was the federal government, but Wikipedia says it was Shigeru Miyamoto and Gunpei Yokoi.

  2. The references to how Mario “reserved the princess” and Luigi “donning greenish” make you think it’s trying to make sense, but then it makes a hard turn and plows its nose deep into the ditch. So close…

  3. Please quit rereleasing Obama campaign press statements. Someone may think Biden is the author.

  4. …but …but …but.

I’m sure that I just sent this exact same guy $12K USD and my banking and personal information to his Sadi Di Kimbasa Western Union office as a reasonable good faith gesture due to this exact same heartfelt preamble in his introductory email to me …and to his heartfelt and stauch affirmation that I would be a 50% recipient of the abandoned millions of pounds in the banking accounts he is trustee to and wishes to share with me, as the distant and only surviving orphaned relative of the tragic crash of Flight 03 that took the promising young life of Mbebe Smythewick-Davis, the rising and dynamic CFO of Niger Oil: whom was, apparently, my distant but beloved cousin (which startling revelation meant that I must have been mysteriously adopted almost 60 years ago …and – naturally – that my former siblings weren’t, in point of fact, my siblings at all, especially my grasping not-twin not-brother was an imposter whose near likeness to me was merely a coincidental visual anomaly …I always suspected this btw …and that my parents were obviously total imposters), as attested by his personal remembrance of the late and honourable Archbishop of the Republic of Congo diocese conversation-bordering-on-near-testimony to him over a late tea on the afternoon of July 27, 1993 in the Crystal Room at the Cafe Afrique du Monde de Sintesi (he did express profound regret that he could no longer recall the exact hour of the meeting, but was sure it was the late afternoon tea, and not the mid-morning and more formal brunch, because he was still in his plus-nines at the time; he was quite sure of this …adamant, even, when I questioned him deeply about the details, unsuccessfully seeking to “trip him up” as it were).

Are you intimating that possibly this wasn’t, in fact, a true attempt at finally closing the books of a great tragedy?

    Absurd!

    …I dunno what to say.

I’m simply flabbergasted at the depth of such an obviously vituperative and jealous insinuation – bordering on a tirade – Neo. It was really quite beneath you.

    Hmpf!
