I’m taking it easy today …
… although “taking it easy” is a relative thing.
I’m still sick, for example. But my temperature without any Tylenol at all has now reached 99.1. That’s not so bad. However, I’m still feeling pretty crummy.
I was going to post a lengthy essay or two on this and that, but simply couldn’t muster the energy. And so I decided to put compulsivity aside for a moment and just post this note.
This has been a strange and difficult time.
Have a good rest.
All that needs to be cleared up will be neither increased nor be reduced by your absence. It will still be there.
Any other relatives of your ex that could assist?
Just rest. Your body and soul both need it.

They’re all out west except two. But they both have full-time jobs and young children. One plans to come up for a day or two. But realistically, I will need to hire professionals.
Rest and plenty of fluids is the best.
I hope you can find some trustworthy professionals. That is what has worked well for me.
