The Miami mayoral election — 9 Comments

  1. 2026 will be won through turnout. I am donating to Scott Presler and TPUSA. Plus individual representatives like Juan Ciscomani in AZ and Young Kim in California and Begich in Alaska.

  2. I too was surprised. But the turnout for the mayor elect represented less than 8% of Miami’s population. And I heard it reported today that the Republican candidate, despite all the coverage of his support from Trump et al, is a political newcomer with zero political leadership experience. He’s never held office.

I agree completely with @Bob Wilson.

  3. The fact that a Democrat won the post of mayor of Miami yesterday was both perplexing and somewhat alarming, as was the coverage. This was a contest I’d previously read next to nothing about, and I had no way to explain what was going on.

This is exactly what I’ve been talking about. We never heard of it before because it was of no consequence. We’re hearing about it now because it is a pro-Dem narrative. It doesn’t represent anything real, and there’s no point in getting alarmed about it. We will hear about every election and vote of no consequence that favors Democrats in some way incessantly between now and the 2026 Federal elections, and it’s all for the purpose of furthering the narrative.

As Cardinal Wolsey is often claimed to have said

Be very, very careful what you put into that head, because you will never, ever get it out.

We all need to be rigorous about mental hygiene. Maybe just assume that everything we see online is if not actually fake, cherry-picked to create a false impression.

  4. Wow, I let everything into my brain, no matter how dangerous. Neo and her comrades will have me locked up for crimethink when they get a chance.

I have no desire to punish you if you want to be stupid. Stupidity is really its own punishment. Believe whatever the algorithms dish up if you like, doesn’t bother me any.

Wow, I let everything into my brain, no matter how dangerous. Neo and her comrades will have me locked up for crimethink when they get a chance.

Everything in this is without evidence, or flat out false.

Firstly: “I let everything into my brain, no matter how dangerous.”

No, no you do not. You very blatantly do not let Neo’s posts or my rebuttals in. As shown by your refusal to address our points with any kind of honesty.

Almost anybody could see that if they bother reading your posts.

Secondly: I have yet to see much evidence that you possess a brain to let things in or out of.

Neo and her comrades will have me locked up for crimethink when they get a chance.

Last I checked, cyber bullying, cyberstalking, gaslighting, and so forth are not exactly “crimeTHINK”, more like crime-action. Mercifully Neo and we have thick skin, so we are not likely to file, and your conduct thus far would probably not warrant much more than a restraining order. But they are still a pattern of behavior that is utterly unflattering to you, much like your poor argumentation and choice of sources.

At this stage though I would argue Comrade Neo would be better off cutting ties and banning you. Whatever your previous history, it hasn’t amounted to a hill of beans in stopping your irrational, hostile trolling. And I am sure some forced separation from the blog would do wonders for your worries about Neo and us.

Or at least mean we no longer have to deal with behavior that is as bad as it has been lately.
