Something or someone got into some cab somewhere at some time in the late 1990s and went back to Herman Cains’ home, apartment, condo, mansion, pizza parlor, Airstream trailer, neighborhood, city, state or region. He, she or it stayed there for a minute, an hour, overnight and was seen at work the next day looking like he, she or it was at work. Addendum – Herman Cain should’ve responded appropriately as he had forwarning that the someone made an accusation and therefore the accusation could’ve been responded to especially given that Herman Cain was given forwarning. It shows a lack of experience and skill in all things with respect to life and liberty and being able to apply experience and knowledge of how to handle a situation dealing with life and liberty.
