Disillusioned… — 14 Comments

  1. Nice…but just like all those “WalkAway” videos last year…meh…won’t make a difference. He’ll be beat down, tarred, feathered & shot by folks with melanin like his. His voice will make no shift in the attitudes of the “gimmedat” millions in Baltimore, Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, Houston…etc…AND the string-pullers on the left will just instruct their minions to burn more stuff down & kill more unsuspecting whiteys.

The narrative is set & the marxofascists want a race war.

Thought experiment…Tim Tebow just signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars…1 year deal as tight end. No guarantees, just a coach grabbing a former student/player/friend & giving him a late-in-life shot. Now read what 2 black men (Keyshawn Johnson & Stephen A Smith) had to say about that insignificant act in the great sportsball theater. Reverse the races. I usually care nothing about the NFL…haven’t watched a game start-to-finish in years. But I guarantee you I’d buy a Tebow jersey if he wins a regular spot on that team come season opener…& I’d be hard pressed to pull either Johnson or Smith out from in front of a moving truck should either step out into traffic unawares.

  2. Only if blacks are willing to listen to the brave black men and women speaking out, can the black community be saved from itself. John above is probably right that most blacks will not listen and will reap the consequences. Victimhood is mental enslavement.

  3. The current cult of victimhood — with blacks as the alpha victims — makes it hard, nearly impossible, for blacks to move on. I say that’s on liberal whites as much as blacks.

Self-pity and blaming others is a trap all humans are vulnerable to. Jim Crow was undeniably bad, but what has happened since is arguably worse. Back then the black family was largely intact. Blacks weren’t killing each other in wholesale numbers each year far dwarfing the total number of lynchings over decades.

Black lives matter … unless they don’t.

I wish Rashad Turner the best.

  4. He wasn’t disillusioned until it affected him. Until then it was all good.
    Politics is personal.
It always was but now more so. Which may be a good thing because the left never does anything for anyone, they only say that they do, and maybe people will start to wake up and see that.

  5. Diversity [dogma] (i.e. color judgment), not limited to racism, breeds adversity.

Men and women are equal in rights and complementary in Nature/nature.

    Revitalization. Rehabilitation. Reconciliation.

  6. Rashad is on the right side despite his given name, his father being shot when he was 2 y.o., and his degree in education (from which school? I couldn’t catch it). If he is employed in public education, his voice will be drowned out.

  7. It appears that our public education/academic elites have given up/thrown in the towel/surrendered to the reality that black kids can’t/won’t measure up to everyone else academically, including 1st generation kids from foreign lands.
So let’s get rid of all objective standards, right?
    Best example?
Now even the teaching of 2+2=4 is considered “RACIST”.
Folks, we’re in big trouble…the crazy people are running the asylum.

  8. Powerline featured Mr. Turner’s video and added another one that shows there are some black people getting the message that CRT is bad news for everyone, including their own children.

The comments were good (as usual) but this one hit the target.

“It’s not hard for humans to love each other.
There’s just not enough money and power in it for some people.”
