Rubio’s a rare breed in the Senate – articulate enough to clearly convey his thinking without excessive verbiage, and obviously well-educated in current events, and not bamboozled by ‘progressive’ flummery. And he’s only improved since that delivery, and now performs as one of the best Sec State individuals in US history.

Following up on Richard Cook’s post about Noem being moved out of DHS: I for one was very much put off by her incessant advertising of her riding her horse in the country, always talking about Trump, but always with a “look at me” overtone. I was never sure who she was talking up: Trump or herself. It was, AFAIK, a first for a cabinet secretary.
