Appeals Court rules on the detention of illegal aliens without bond — 6 Comments

  1. A slew of habeas petitions have been filed in the District of Minnesota; over 500.

And – much to my dismay – a senior federal judge from NE has been called to help out. I’m upset because I have a major wind case pending before him and I don’t want him spending time on out-of-district work.

  2. Another solution would be to remove “birthright citizenship”, then they are all illegal. Will see soon on that from the Supremes (for cases moving forward though, not anyone granted it up to date).

Of course “being relatives of an American” is not a legal argument for anything. As with most leftist arguments it is always an appeal to emotion, not to law.

  3. Spreading a little sunshine…
(even though I’m not sure, at this stage of the game, whether ANY disinfectant will work).

“FBI boss raises concerns Biden-era bureau may have ‘buried’ truth about Chinese Communist Party ties to dangerous biolabs on U.S. soil, cites 40% increase in Chinese espionage arrests.”–

  4. THIS is a major league judgement. It will impact the Propaganda Media’s smears about normal ICE activities because…”Orange Man BAD!”

Certain celebrity illegals have repeatedly escaped deportation, becoming “family man” totems for Leftists’ Open Borders treason.

In addition, the message sent to suspected illegal aliens will discourage them from hesitating on their exit plans. THIS culling of “useful idiot” illegal voting may be very important to the outcome of next November’s election.

  5. Under no circumstances should suspected illegal aliens ever be allowed at large. If the lawfare artists can demonstrate in court that a detained person has been so erroneously, said person can be indemnified at a standard rate.
