  1. Hello from Prague, tomorrow Krakow, Poland. Might see some of this tonight at Folk Show here.

  2. And speaking of Pelosi and her amazing ice cream stash CENTRAL role in the January 6, 2021 US Capital Op….

    “J6 Shocker: FBI informants warned of armed violence, Antifa presence before riot, lawmaker reveals;
“Rep. Barry Loudermilk says he fears that the FBI withheld vital intelligence, creating fateful security holes before Capitol riot.”—

  3. We all had Covid, when my grandson, Wee Jamie, the Wonder Grandson was about four or five months old. We were all so drained of energy that about all we felt able to to was to watch videos like this on Toob of Yew, sometimes with Jamie on my lap. And one of his favorites was the Moiseyev dance company videos. He is now four and a half years old – very bright and still non-verbal, but he was watching this video over my shoulder and reacting to the music and the physicality.
He loves music. Honestly, when he works through his toddler-clumsiness, maybe he will be a dancer…

  4. Another great dance training video! It seems to me that the positioning and movement of the head are important in a lot of such movements as these so as to reduce the effects of dizziness and disorientation.

  5. Re: Werner Erhard / est / Landmark / “Is This a Cult?”

OK, Werner Erhard is the guy who created The est Training, a motivational program which became a cult movement in the 70s/80s. est morphed into Landmark, a milder, less sue-able form, which is still around and doing well.

Today I watched a fascinating video interview of Anne Peterson, a former Landmark insider, who even worked with Erhard. Peterson has written a book, “Is This is a Cult?” which blows the lid off the many lies and abuses in the Landmark world.

After a disastrous exposé of Erhard on “60 Minutes” in the 90s, Erhard had to go into exile and the Landmark organization expunged all mentions of him in their literature and programs.

The word was that Erhard had sold Landmark to its employees for a nominal sum and was no longer in the picture. Of course, no one really believed that.

But Peterson is backing it up in print. Erhard is still the mastermind behind the scenes. He is siphoning off millions of dollars, while the staff are paid poorly. He is still an abusive SOB and his example has spread throughout the organization.

I was a gung-ho graduate of est and Landmark for several years, but got burned out by the pressure to recruit new members and by the craziness of the organization.

I follow the story from a distance. My copy of her book comes Monday. This is going to be interesting.

What does his mother say about the quality, frequency, and vigorousness of his kicking while in the womb? 🙂

  7. R2L – about the Wonder Grandson’s activities when still in the womb? He was a constant blur of motion. Sometimes when they were doing the prenatal scans, they barely got a few where he was holding still.

  8. As a new recipient of a titanium knee, I watched this video in fascinated horror, and with envy.

  9. Well, I guess all of the ice cream licking and pissing on the grocery produce TikTock freaks have finally won.

I just tried to open up a carton of my usual brand of ice cream, and found the reason it was so unreasonably hard to open was that it was now sealed with a band of tough plastic, I assume to deter tampering, and also to send customers a signal if their ice cream had, indeed, been tampered with.

Funny thing about that, in the bad old days of, say, around the 40s and 50s, we didn’t have to worry about such tampering, which I don’t ever remember seeing a report of; it apparently just wasn’t thought of or done.
