20 states sue to prevent Medicaid data to be used to find illegals. What do you do with s-bag lawyers who sue to try to conceal federal crimes committed by state officials. I think these AGs should be prosecuted under the no mercy for minions rule.
Illegal aliens don’t qualify for Medicaid, and they’re only talking about data on Medicaid recipients.
That is, the only way for illegal alien data to be mixed in is if the states illegally have illegal aliens on their Medicaid rolls.

@ SD – thanks for the link. Smerconish didn’t really say anything new (except maybe about the dancing bartender), but what he said about lack of connectivity is true.
Maybe we need a selective EMP strike to just take out cell phone apps (leaving just the calling by voice option).
RE: Semivan on the “Phenomenon”–
Talk about “change”
Semivan spent 34 years in the CIA, many of them directing deep cover agents, and he and his wife are both “Experiencers.”
If you are interested in any or all aspects of the UAP/UFO and NHI Phenomenon—which, says Semivan, is actually much broader and deeper than just those particular phenomena, since it also has many other facets, including the whole range of Psi phenomena, then, this interview is for you.
In fact, the UFO phenomena and NHIs are just some aspects of a whole mysterious, deep, and complex Reality, taking place all around us which, now and then, intrudes into our narrow consensus reality.
I find Semivan to be an educated, very well informed, articulate, and thoughtful thinker—someone in possession of a vast range of knowledge, experience, and contacts–who will give you a very broad view of the whole range of things which are apparently part of the Phenomena.
As part of the discussion, Semivan lays out all of the very comprehensible reasons–related to the very negative and disruptive impacts revealing/knowing this knowledge would likely have on virtually all spheres of life and on human civilization–as to why the government would not want to Disclose what they know of this phenomena.
Having read a great deal on this subject over the decades, and listened to many people—some informed, some uninformed, and some delusional, or just plain nuts—I find Jim Semivan to be especially credible, and by the time the extended interview is over, you may too.*

Indeed they do. They get around it by using only “state funds”, same way they pay for abortions. Which is hogwash of course.
Here’s my own state’s Medicaid program for illegals:
But states are very slow to purge their state rolls because they get $ from FedGov for people on their rolls. I would see people who’d moved out of state on the rolls all the time, and report it, and nothing would ever happen.
P.S.S.–To sum it up, to know this knowledge is to apparently realize that Reality is far more deep, mysterious, and complex than we wish it to be, and that we are likely not in control of our destinies, are not “the masters of our own house,” nor the beings at the top of the food chain that we imagined ourselves to be, and that knowledge can be a crushing Reality.

RE: UAP/UFO and NHIs—What’s a President to do?
In the interview linked to above, former long time CIA officer Jim Semivan lays out the unpalatable choices a President likely has if he wants to Disclose, which might go something like this–
1. Full Disclosure—we are not alone, there are some three to six species of NHIs which have been and are visiting Earth, or are now here on our planet, and some of them have been here for thousands of years.
These NHIs have the ability to influence our minds, to implant ideas, control what we perceive, and can conceal what they really look like.
These NHIs have extremely advanced technology–which we don’t understand– which enables them to go wherever they want and to do whatever they wish, including abducting humans, against their will, and experimenting on them.
At this time, we are essentially helpless, and have no way of stopping these NHIs from doing what they are doing.
2. Limited Disclosure–
Perhaps 10% of UAPs/UFOs are alien craft.
We are not alone.
There are aliens, NHIs, which have visited our Earth and, as I speak, some of the them are here on our planet.
We are trying to figure all of this out.

RE: NHI motives?
There is a wide spectrum of opinion—NHIs are our benevolent “space brothers,” here to help us and to straighten things nuclear and environmental out, or, they couldn’t care less, or, they are malevolent and predatory, and they have plans for us humans—take your pick.
Or, perhaps we are dealing with several different species of NHIs, each with its own agenda and approach.
Semivan says that, from what he has seen and understands, NHIs are simply “indifferent.”
