Judges protecting illegal immigrants — 26 Comments

  1. Kilmar had a domestic violence TRO against him, this guy was in court on a criminal DV charge. Do Democrats really want to be known as the party for domestic abuser illegal aliens?

  2. There’s something very odd about that New Mexico case. Does the judge claim they had no idea he was a TdA member, or what?

  3. These two cases sure shed a not so good light on all those leftist judge’s rulings against Trump. Obviously these two are on the far end of the bell curve, but now where do the other judges sit? Is squish Roberts paying attention to his beloved judiciary?

  4. Another wife-beating illegal alien, given the red carpet treatment. But as we have all heard before, No one is above the Law. Right, Judge?

Never change, Democrats. Just keep protecting your voting base.

  5. Milwaukee – Only major US city with Socialist Party mayors for 40% of the 20th century.
My family is from there and I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. That college’s most famous grad? Prime Minister of Israel and a world famous Socialist: Golda Meir. The school’s library is now named after her.
The students at that time were the most smug, ignorant Leftists I have ever run across in person and that 50 years ago. God, they were dumb, and they were all White.
    I’m sure it’s worse today.

  6. The FBI arresting a judge.

I am not surprised but probably not for the same reasons as you Neo. Your country and its constitution is being dragged into the mire by a liar who frightens his supporters into tolerating anything.

And you cheer him on. Doesn’t any of this excessive executive power worry you? The endless EO’s, the thoroughly cowed Congress and the imperilled judiciary.

Your entire constitution was written to prevent one man rule but one man is ruling.

Is there anything Trump will do that you won’t tolerate?

  7. As regards Cano in NM: The TdA guy is said to have had pix of decapitated victims in his phone.
    “Could be your grandkids.”
    It’s how they roll.

David Clayton. It appears these judges broke the law. Noticing it is not “one-man rule”.

So far, we don’t have “offending Islam” as some kind of felony requiring jail time.

Praying upwind of an abortion clinic, so to speak, is still legal.

And we don’t allow for a culture-based sentence reduction for raping pre-adolescent girls.

  8. David Clayton:

You are either ignorant or foolish. Perhaps both.

Are you aware of what the judge did, or is alleged to have done? If the allegations can be proven by the evidence, it is a serious crime.

You can read about it in the British press if you prefer, or take a look here.

I think you have the situation switched around. It is the left which will tolerate anything – including, apparently, a judge who protects an illegal alien who is charged with beating up two people in a domestic assault – protects him from being arrested by letting him out a back door in order to evade arrest.

I don’t know in what world you think it’s okay for a judge to do that. But I guess it would be a world in which you assume that anything and everything the Trump administration does is by definition wrong, and anything and everything his enemies do is by definition just fine, and that they never should be arrested for anything, including obstructing justice for an illegal alien who is being charged with a violent offense as well.

No one is above the law, including a judge. Judges are not saints. Some of them have even been convicted of crimes. If you’d like to learn more about that, take a look at this list. You can also read the criminal complaint here to learn the details of the allegations against Dugan. In addition:

The case is similar to one brought during the first Trump administration against a Massachusetts judge, who was accused of helping a man sneak out a back door of a courthouse to evade a waiting immigration enforcement agent.

Prosecutors dropped the case against Newton District Judge Shelley Joseph in 2022 under the Democratic Biden administration after she agreed to refer herself to a state agency that investigates allegations of misconduct by members of the bench.

The Justice Department had previously signaled that it was going to crack down on local officials who thwart federal immigration efforts.

The department in January ordered prosecutors to investigate for potential criminal charges any state and local officials who obstruct or impede federal functions. As potential avenues for prosecution, a memo cited a conspiracy offense as well as a law prohibiting the harboring of people in the country illegally.

Do you really think it’s perfectly okay for judges to help people evade the law? And by the way, Trump didn’t invent immigration law or the concept of illegal aliens; he is enforcing laws passed by Congress governing immigration, in accord with presidential powers over immigration given him by the Constitution. But I guess rogue judges are just fine with you as long as they are members of the Trump “resistance.”

You can read more about the Massachusetts case against Shelley Joseph here. The allegations were quite serious – although not as serious as the Dugan case. From the article:

Late last year, the [Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct] filed formal charges against Joseph with the state’s highest court, a surprisingly forceful step for a body that has only gone so far five other times since 2000.

And that’s in ultra-liberal Massachusetts, so her offense was considered serious. I can’t find any news of a ruling on Joseph so perhaps one hasn’t been made yet.

  9. Byrom York, at the Washington Examiner, talks about the Dugan case here:

Here’s the thing. We know who the villain is, but who are Democrats going to make the hero in this story? The answer, of course, seems to be Dugan — but remember, all this was done on behalf of Eduardo Flores-Ruiz. Will Dugan be called a hero for protecting an already-deported-and-illegally-returned accused domestic abuser from federal authorities? That might be a hard sell.

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/daily-memo/3392405/will-judge-hannah-dugan-become-next-hero-trump-resistance-flores-ruiz/

David Clayton is echoing leftist agitators in Milwaukee and in the farthest-left wing of the Democrats.

By the way, the domestic abuse victims were in the courtroom waiting for the case to be heard when the judge smuggled the accused abuser out a private door.

  10. Your country and its constitution is being dragged into the mire by a liar who frightens his supporters into tolerating anything.
    ==
Judges do not have immunity from prosecution if they commit crimes in this country. Sorry that burns your ass.

  11. he has been silent on rochdale and rotherdam has he not, so judge dugan is just another piece of the apparat, like effendi khalil, who enables the mass immigration into the UK, courtesy of the foreign office,

I remember Milwaukee was where the New Black Panthers emerged briefly under Michaek Mcgee, its where the mayor Norquist in the 90s, thought to enable a series of charter schools, of an Afrocentric flavor, what became of that, well no one really followed up,

it’s one of the seats of fraud and villainy, this was before they were consolidated under so called BLM, and the summer of fire, so as to enable the steal in 2020,

much of the city, probably has the scars of that strange era in history, which seems almost too proposterous to describe,

  12. so judge cano was a las cruces police officer for 23 years, somewhat a similar situation to DA in Los Angeles, who was utterly useless, to the safety of citizens, for other purposes, he was just what was demanded,

  13. David Clayton, village idiot exemplified. We have enough American idiots to know their bleatings and rants. His aren’t original or insightful.

  14. It’s too bad that illegals that are hard core criminals cannot be steered to commit their atrocious crimes upon those federal district court judges (and their families) that are doing all they can to keep illegals here in the USA.
I bet they would mete out different rulings if their loved ones were the victims of violent crimes.

Of course, if it was Biden or the CACKLER or Obama that was deporting all these illegals, there would not be one federal district court judge anywhere in the USA that would issue a ruling prohibiting these deportations.

These rulings are 100000% political in nature.

You will note that when joke Bidet implemented his open border policy, it was a violation of existing immigration laws, and the judiciary (e.g,, the legal organ of the democrat party) was nowhere to be found.

Meanwhile, where are the dumbpublicans in congress ???
Why are they not implementing legislation prohibiting this abuse of judicial power.

You can always count on the dumbpublicans to be political morons; just plain stupid and incompetent. The republicans control – barely – the house and senate and STILL !!!! the democrats (thru their judicial puppets) are able to thwart the policies of the executive branch.
    Un F’n believable

  15. This about keeping the illegals in our country to count them for seats in Congress. That is all. The donkeys have about 15 seats or so due to election fraud and census BS. They don’t give a damn about these people beyond that.

  16. Your country and its constitution is being dragged into the mire by a liar who frightens his supporters into tolerating anything.

And you cheer him on. Doesn’t any of this excessive executive power worry you?

    David Clayton:

Others have responded substantively. I will ding you on process.

Why do you keep insulting us? We are not stupid people. We understand the situation differently and we have come to different conclusions.

We could discuss why that is so, but that doesn’t seem to be your intent. Which is apparently to insult and browbeat us because you, our moral and intellectual superior, says so.

I’ve asked you before. What is your outcome here?

  17. Re David Clayton. I really cannot comprehend how someone can be that ignorant. The only answer I can come up with is that people like him are so filled with extreme emotional hate that the hate blinds them to reality.

  18. I suspect the Dems are anxiously searching for their illegal immigrant version of George Floyd to galvanize their base in order to create another nationwide movement of self-righteous anger. Stay tuned!

  19. Bill Serra, and I suspect if such an event does occur, but occurs in the wrong location and legal venue, where the desired narrative is not supported by the majority local population, then it may just disappear under the waves.
In any case, the importation of organized protesters turning into rioters would be handled more aggressively and responsibly.

  20. @David Clayton

Our host and others have addressed your nonsense quite well, though I think Neo is too generous when she calls you foolish, ignorant, or both. I’d add mendacious and malicious to those.

But let’s deal with this in detail.

    The FBI arresting a judge.

Don’t say that like it hasn’t happened before.

    Shall I go on?

And those are just a few American examples.

I am not surprised but probably not for the same reasons as you Neo.

Of course not. Neo’s not an idiot or a collaborator with leftist scumbags, and you are. Your idiocy, Trump Derangement Syndrome, authoritarian boot swallowing, and unearned sense of superiority have rotted whatever bit of functioning brain you had.

Your country and its constitution is being dragged into the mire by a liar who frightens his supporters into tolerating anything.

Translation: you’re a fucking idiot and have no clue what a constitution is, or how to punish corrupt, tyrannical judges.

I realize this is probably a novel concept to someone like you, but judges are not perfect and unassailable avatars of morality, they’re not even unassailable avatars of the law. And when they overreach their orders or succumb to outright corruption or criminality, THEY NEED TO BE PUNISHED. What part of Nobody Is Above The Law do you not understand?

And don’t even try to claim this is somehow unique to the US or Trump’s America.

Dugan and now another judge lied to authorities, sheltered known, violent MS-13 gangsters at their home, and did a whole lot of other heinous things.. ‘Allegedly.’ Which is why she resigned in disgrace pending her trial. Are we supposed to ignore that?

What is the proper remedy to “credible accusations” and later direct physical evidence of such conduct, Oh David Clayton, Avatar of Conservative Integrity?

    And you cheer him on.

And in this case rightfully so. Dugan was a scumbag who even before evidence of this was shown talked a great deal about (ab)using her bench to push “social justice”, and now we learn that extends to allowing a violent terrorist to escape punishment. This is the sort of remedy that is proper for her behavior.

Doesn’t any of this excessive executive power worry you?

I have a few cases where I believe Trump might be engaging in excessive executive power. This is absolutely not one of them. It is quite literally applying the rule of law as written to a judge in what should be one of the absolute least controversial and complicated of cases. Aiding and abetting a fugitive would be dubious even under the best of times, doing so for MS-13 is another level of bad.

    The endless EO’s,

I’m guessing you didn’t object worth a fuck to Biden or Obama’s doing so, or Starmer’s similar conduct. I’m not fond of EOs, but they are part of the nature of the beast at present and frankly the US is less reliant on them than several others.

Moreover, one at least elects the person that makes EOs (or is supposed to, in the case of Biden the vegetable). The same cannot be said for many judges or the supposedly-executive bureaucracy.

    the thoroughly cowed Congress

Tell me you’re an idiot who has never bothered looking at C-SPAN about Congress recently without saying as much in as many words.

“Thoroughly cowed”? We must be living in different realities. But I suppose that would fit.

    and the imperilled judiciary.

If imprisoning a judge for literally sheltering a criminal gangster wanted by the authorities is “imperiling the judiciary” than the Judiciary has so strayed from its oaths and legal grounds than it should be imperiled, in much the same way Nixon and LBJ should have been imperiled and impeached before being trialed.

Your entire constitution was written to prevent one man rule but one man is ruling.

    Bull. Shit.

Moreover I’ll note that if anything our Constitution was written to give accountability to undemocratic, unelected judges like those used by the British Parliament and Crown to tyrannize the colonies, especially the justifiably hated commerce and admiralty courts that denied due process. A long time ago the British recognized the threat of authoritarian rule from the bench, which is why Judge Jeffreys was on the verge of being trialed when unfortunately he prematurely died. Apparently you have forgotten that.

Is there anything Trump will do that you won’t tolerate?

Plenty. But you would neither acknowledge nor accept that because you are a fundamentally disgraceful, dishonest, ignorant, hateful piece of shit troll and jackboot deepthroater. That Neo has not banned your dishonest ass is far more generous than I would be.

  21. @ Turtler > “That Neo has not banned your dishonest ass is far more generous than I would be.”

As Neo explained with prior trolls such as Manju and Montage, their comments give her, and us, a chance to respond and set the record straight, as well as a view into the Left-World as a warning to what others of their ilk are pushing.

I admit that most of us do not respond with the evidence and verve that you exhibit, which is always an educational exercise in the art of inventive invective.
