  1. Thanks sdferr.

Ok, fun video. But the Irish and Australian were way too masculine. Liked Poland.

  2. miguel,

That “fightin'” video is beyond parody. LOL. They are truly lost, and we just have to laugh out loud at their juvenile antics anymore. They could get jobs at the Babylon Bee maybe?

  3. After VP Vance’s wood shed talk to the Europeans at the Munich Security Conference last month, Jordan Peterson hosted Michael Schellenberger to chat about the Big Picture now, after Trump assumed the Presidency again.

Schellenberger calls the last 12 years “a Woke reign of terror” against Americans, especially from St George Floyd to Trump II (#47) today.

Well worth your 88m of time. https://youtu.be/a4YYergYonc?si=2oDNaAdPmlzMqdwF

  4. During the Biden Administration, who signed all of the documents requiring President Biden’s signature for them to be legal–all of the laws, appointments, executive orders, etc.?

Well, according to an investigation by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, except for the letter in which Biden pulled out from running for another term, virtually all the other documents he supposedly signed, were “autopen” signatures.

Thus, Biden—sinking ever deeper into dementia, and probably heavily medicated–may never have even known of, seen, considered, or signed many of the official documents he was required to consider, and sign, to make them legal, and to give them the force of law. Apparently people in the White House could have “applied” his signature to these documents.

If this is what happened, a case could be made that every action, law signing, appointment, executive order, and policy change, made during the Biden Administration, which required a signature by President Biden, could be null and void.*

Andrew Bailey, the Missouri Attorney General is requesting that the DOJ investigate this matter.

  5. Must have been what Hunter was doing while his art wasn’t selling. Probably how the family got pardoned.

  6. The JP and Schellenberger interview (LINKed above) is electrifying. The most powerful podcast I’ve heard since December.

The opening and the confrontation by Truth telling to the Euro-staniz about free speech is a winner. They think it is ‘nice” to have. But in the AngloAnerican pantheon of civilizational virtues, ESSENTIAL.

Then between 22m and 1:08, we have an intellectuals master class from human nature and masculinity to current events, PoMo and Nietzsche, and hedonism versus mature and sustaining moderation, and JPs insights on Horace, mythology and theology.

I may repost it here, Saturday. Bookmark worthy.

Shellenberger is cautiously optimistic about our future. Peterson reports that his well-connected sources with the White House tell him that Musk and DOGE may report $1 trillion in cost savings within the budget, to be unveiled this month. (That’s half the current deficit.)

Elsewhere, the hope of cutting IRS workers by half is answered with a 65% slashing in the 17,000 strong EPA federal workforce.

Could a balanced budget emerge well in advance of the three years schedule that’s been listed? Wow. Maybe.

    ARE WE NOT ENTERTAINED?

  7. TJ, “… Peterson reports that his well-connected sources with the White House tell him that Musk and DOGE may report $1 trillion in cost savings within the budget, to be unveiled this month.” I think I missed that comment as I sort of skipped through that longish video, so I am glad you were paying closer attention.

I probably should not bet against Musk, but for him/them to find One Thousand $ Billion in fraud, waste, and abuse, they are almost certainly going to have to find some really seevy stuff in the entitlements realm of SS, Medicare, and Medicaid, plus perhaps some questionable spending in the DOD budget. I think the highest number of savings I have seen so far is either $70B or maybe $160B?? I also saw a projection (perhaps here?) that up to a $300B result was possible, and I could find that result to be more credible.

And if they do find that much, then a whole bunch of people better be indicted and convicted and sentenced and jailed for a substantial period.
Plus we will then also have to ask ourselves just how could so much fraud and waste, etc., be right there in front of us but so well hidden? Hundreds to thousands of people either not paying attention or explicitly corrupt for their personal gain, and no one really leaks or talks or brags?
[But granting that Project Veritas and a few others are surfacing some very juicy and dicey undercover reports.]
