  2. Yes, a gesture does count as rhetoric, especially since the audience and the panel reacted with applause and laughter – they approved of the idea.

    Remember the kids getting in trouble at school for making a finger gun or the stupid comments about the OK sign being a white supremacist gesture?

    No, that’s not one of the Babylon Bee’s posts where they only put up a headline, because that says it all.
