Those Hamas leaders – are they still in Qatar?
Here’s an Israeli comedy bit about them:

But is it outdated? Have they left sunny Qatar for parts unknown? Your guess is as good as mine, but here’s the story:
Several Hamas leaders recently left Qatar together with their entourages, cutting off communications including cellphones.
The leaders left for Algeria, Lebanon, Iran and other countries, according to sources cited by Kan News’s Arabic channel. …
They live a life of luxury in the Gulf state even as most Arabs in Gaza live in abject poverty.
The article goes on to say that the number two man of Hamas, who ordinarily lives in Lebanon, has moved to Turkey.
I don’t care where they’ve gone. I only care that the Mossad knows where they’ve gone.
Mike Plaiss:
They may not know yet, but I think they will know in due time.
They are no doubt seeking political asylum in Ireland
DNW:
Or Michigan.
Dead men walking.
I wonder if Qatar asked them to leave. Mossad might not be the guys after the Hamas. Might be some US Navy units using cruise missiles aimed at various hotels.
Who needs the aggravation?
My guess is Tehran, where they would be the safest. But that might not be safe enough.
Quatar cutting their losses?
No Richard, the US Navy won’t do anything. Joe is not The Don.
My money’s on Harvard.

I’m sure they’ve all gone to Gaza to courageously fight the Zionist occupiers.
It was no secret that a bunch of Hamas terrorist billionaires lived in Qatar, while the citizens of Gaza relied on UN aid to get by (that is, whatever was left over after having been diverted by the Hamas terrorist leaders in Gaza.)
Yet UN members were unable to condemn Hamas or even to urge them to surrender to stop the killing of civilians.
I guess one has to be a highly educated, “intellectual,” to understand all this because any Appalachian, illiterate hillbilly can easily see how F’d up all of this is.
Regardless, the geniuses in our govt. still send to the UN every year a few billion dollars of the citizens wages (in the form of taxes, of course).
And some folks just do not understand how anybody could vote for a guy like Trump.
Despite the fact that Iran pays for Hamas, these leaders might not want to go live in Iran. The mullahs there are Shiite. I saw firsthand the intense animosity between Sunni and Shia Muslims. From outside, we’d think their differences are few. From inside, they despise each other. I think it more likely Hamas bigshots will end up in Sunni Turkey.
I have a question about “abject poverty.” From what I’ve seen there’s a lot of modern housing in Gaza, or there was a lot. There’s a middle class. Despite a lot of aid being siphoned to Swiss accounts, they build hospitals and schools. And tunnels.
Now with a bit of hospitality industry focus, that strip could become heaven on the Med. The Egyptians have done it. They have resorts favored by Israelis. And yet the Hamasites prefer to build rockets instead of cabanas.
Shire.
What’s Joe got to do with it? Word comes down from SecDef as from POTUS. Later, somebody says,”Yeah, you ordered that last week. Remember?”
