Biden’s novel idea for the border: build a wall!
An idea whose time has apparently come:
The Biden administration has paved the way for the construction of a new wall along the southern border in Texas by waiving more than a dozen federal laws in a stark reversal of its previous stance on the physical barrier.
The Department of Homeland Security announced the plan to bypass long drawn-out environmental reviews in order to expedite border wall construction in Starr County, TX as the administration struggles to handle an ongoing migrant crisis that has strained local and federal resources. …
“There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas,” Alejandro Mayorkas, the DHS secretary, said in a notice posted on the US Federal Registry.
The Democratic administration is picking up where former President Donald Trump left off.
What gives? The cries of woe from the non-border states that have received a recent influx of illegal aliens (I’ve decided to use that older term, which has the advantages of accuracy and clarity) must have been practically deafening in the ears of the Biden administration. And my guess is that the polls were very worrying as well. Those are the only reasons I can think of for the issuing of this order at this point.

It may just be for show. I’d keep an eye on just those areas where the wall is being built and why it’s being built there, and not elsewhere.
I am reminded of Joe Biden being asked if federal funding of police departments should be redirected and answering, “Yes, absolutely.” Then the factcheckers said that he didn’t favor defunding the police. Then, after Biden was elected, in his State of the Union, he says, “We should all agree the answer is not to defund the police. It’s to fund the police. Fund them. Fund them. Fund them with the resources and training …”
The controversy was complicated by uncertainty about just what “Defund the Police” actually meant, and by Biden’s conflicting statements during the campaign, but this radical U-turn wasn’t noticed by the media or even by the public. It was also just about the only time Biden lived up to the moderation his more centrist supporters told us he would govern with.
Then and now, Biden’s long journey into and out of destructive rhetoric and policies passes without comment from his abetters in the media. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry about stuff like this.
Now that the numbers of illegal aliens is way up, Biden starts a few things like the wall and deportations. At some point in the future, they’ll announce that crossings are way down – just like they did with inflation.
The rumor in conservative circles is that this is a ploy to give the border wall funding in the recent continuing resolution to the enviro groups.
They have done this before now.

How am I going to get rid of the Mexicans harassing me? How long before all whites have to be very well organized to defend themselves and their communities? In the meantime, who is going to protect me and my family in our own home? And, what if they do cause us harm–what then? A couple of minutes of news time and years in a court system that is already rigged?
Biden is currently uncertain about whether he supports building the wall, and about whether he approved of it of doing so or simply had no choice but to spend the funds Congress appropriated.

This week Biden’s administration has announced that it will be making deportations of illegals back to Venezuela.
Not a joke.
Next week Biden will tell us that he opposes the deportations.
That’s a joke, I guess — for now anyway.
All I can say to those border states governors is: Keep those buses rolling, baby, and order plenty more.
What is the environmental impact of millions of people trampling through the underbrush and leaving a trail of discarded plastic, human waste, clothing, food wrappers, drug bundles, and the occasional dead body behind? One wonders.
You know what might help? A daily update on the demographics, numbers and national origin of the people streaming across. Any Republicans interested in communicating this on that fancy new interweb thingy? Nope.
I’m with Abraxas and Bob W. It’s for show and a ploy for funding that will be diverted.
But this is a loving, inclusive wall. Not like the racist wall of the MAGA haters. That means it’s a good thing.
My cynical self says they already have enough. Print ballots for all the newcomers, which will of course be harvested. But that kind of sort of sounds like a conspiracy theory, and those are out of vogue I hear.

I think they’re planning to stop the optics of people crossing the border. They plan on having “refugees” apply online for asylum and then flying them into the country. The optics are better, and they can disperse them into areas where there isn’t so much visibility and public outcry.
They’ll blame Trump for the out-of-control border because he didn’t complete the wall where he should have. Once their wall segment is done and “operation overfly” is in place, they will proclaim how successful they’ve been at “closing” the border.
Yes, they are that cunning, and determined to continue bringing illegals into the country. The only way to stop it is by electing a Republican POTUS

This would provide the perfect cover for Bidet and Alejandro Mayorkas to explain why there was zero progress in building the wall.
Ironically, if Mayorkas was to testify – yet again – before congress he could honestly say it’s being held up by enviro pushback. This would be the first time he actually would be uttering to congress a truthful statement.

Either Mexican govt officials are raking in millions of $$$$$ in pay-off money to allow this, or they are in cahoots with the group called La Raza (The Race) which, though proclaiming their efforts are to fight discrimination against Hispanic-Americans, has the more understated goal of re-capturing (albeit , not militarily) former Mexican territory obtained by the US in the Mexican-American War of 1846.
This can be achieved over time by simply flooding the present day American SW with Hispanics, particularly Mexicans.
Regardless of the mess at the border, about 40% of all voters will cast their vote in the next election for Joke Bidet (or his equal, which is any cadaver that can be operated like a puppet by demonkrat big-wigs.)

Reports say- Venezuela/s government is sending a lot of violent people/criminals to the USA…as undocumented immigrants, + some of those violent people are [alcohol addicts, + drug addicts]- and NOW Biden sees this number of violent people in the USA as a large problem.
