AB-Inbev is down almost 14% from its high just prior to their female impersonator/”influencer” gambit gaining mass public exposure. That’s about $15Bn off their market cap. Billion with a “B.” It’s a PR disaster and, more importantly, a financial disaster.
We are now seeing a lot of other major corporations have spent the last 11 months gearing up for Pride Month marketing campaigns. Things like that take months to plan and roll out. Target is a perfect example that they cannot be easily changed or undone once rolled out.
Target shares are down 17% and the media is full of stories of Target stores scrambling to rearrange displays to less prominent locations.
We definitely have their attention.
As Andrew Klavan has stated, “The problem with Gay Pride isn’t the ‘gay’ part, it’s the ‘pride’ part.”
Regarding neo’s post,
I think “Fantasia” was a great concept by Disney! Ambitious, clever and fun.
Italian film maker Bruno Bozzetto did a sort-of spoof of it in 1976 that is worth the time of anyone who enjoys animation and Disney’s, “Fantasia.” You can find clips of it (and the whole film, I think) on YouTube. Below is an excerpt from the wikipedia entry, for anyone interested in learning more.
Allegro non troppo is a 1976 Italian animated film directed by Bruno Bozzetto. Featuring six pieces of classical music, the film is a parody of Walt Disney’s 1940 feature film, Fantasia, two of its segments being derived from the earlier film. The classical pieces are set to color animation, ranging from comedy to deep tragedy.
At the beginning, in between the animation, and at the end, there are black and white live-action sequences, displaying the fictional animator, orchestra, conductor and filmmaker, with many humorous scenes about the fictional production of the film. Some of these sections mix animation and live action.
The film was released in two versions. The first includes live action sequences in between the classical pieces; the second version of the film omits these, replacing them with animated Plasticine letters spelling out the title of the next piece of music.
While Allegro Non Troppo spoofs its source, The Walt Disney Company has been positively receptive towards the film. Disney veteran Ward Kimball would recommend the Boléro segment to his animation students, and the Walt Disney Family Museum held an exhibit on Bruno Bozzetto; featuring his work on the film.

Here is a very interesting video from serpentza, describing and showing some of China’s phony environmentalism–as, among other things, they paint barren land and rocks green, cover barren hills with rolls of green plastic vegetation, take measures to fool satellites into making them see crops in fields which are actually covered with rocks, and local authorities try to to defeat environmental sensors, etc.
Because of PETA, cartoon animals no longer allowed to perform ballet.
If you do not show up to shop at target, target is not aware of your protest. A loosely organized protest such as filling a shopping cart and then abandoning it in the store, or doing the same online would attract attention if a million people did it.
Naturally, a normal sign carrying protest outside the stores would naturally result in protesters attacked and beaten by the left, and then arrested for disturbing the peace.

Transgenderism is not only a cult but a cash fountain for Big Pharma that reaps lifelong patients in the form of gender-transitioning children.
“This is a $11 billion industry,” Friday said. “It’s a multi-headed hydra. There are people who are pushing this for financial gain; the medical community and the Big Pharma are pushing this because each trans-identified child is worth a million to a million-and-a-half dollars. Edward Alexander MacDowell (December 18, 1860 – January 23, 1908) was an American composer and pianist of the Romantic period. He was best known for his second piano concerto and his piano suites Woodland Sketches, Sea Pieces, and New England Idylls. Woodland Sketches includes his most popular short piece, To a Wild Rose.
Is anyone else 100% tired of the “political battle” between the Disney company, and Governor Desantis (sp?)?
I’m not going to take sides on this issue, but- I guess the ‘feud’ between Disney’s people + Gov. Desantis’ people started when [Disney stated that they didn’t like the Governor’s “don’t say gay” bill, + then Desantis decided to publicly react to that.
Now, both sides are suing each other, with several lawsuits.
To me- either party could have just taken the high road, and just dropped the matter.
The Disney co., in Florida, is mostly about: hotels, food service, + entertainment, and kids’ entertainment as well…why Disney’s “image” had to go political is very odd.
This all looks very dumb and childish.
I wonder if a lot of homes’ “Santa Claus” will [not] bring Disney toys to the kids, because of political positions by Disney and the Governor.
This may be stern for me to say, but- I was hoping that these two parties would [act like adults , and let this ‘feud’ go], so that kids could enjoy the fun things that [The House of Mouse]-company provided.
This is a poor situation.
