Here’s some highly recommended video from Frei and Barnes — 7 Comments

  1. They sure are. I subscribe to their locals board and for $60 year get a boat load of good content. The beginning part is good also. Here is a rundown I give to my email distribution.

Viva Frei on Valentine Day. Along with the Impeachment segment you really need to hear Barnes on the Kyle Rittenhouse bail hearing. Very rarely do we hear Barnes being passionate like he is in this segment.

00:00 – 14:00 – discussion of Eric Hundley blog getting erased by You Tube because the AI Algorithms flagged something as questionable and quickly shut down and deleted the channel. It was a mistake but shows that Big Tech is quick to silence those who raise topics they don’t want discussed.

14:00 – Can You Tube be sued for Breach of Contract? Yes but really tough. BUT, they can be sued for libel which section 230 does not cover. Relief for Big Tech censorship will be handled through state legislatures (good luck in Michigan) and foreign governments. Robert Kennedy and his vaccine skepticism was cancelled and Barnes believes he has a case. Also Candace Owens and her defamation lawsuit against the Facebook “fact checkers” who have a business relationship with Facebook if certain facts are suppressed. Barnes believes that Alex Berenson, who has done great work on the COVID follies.

45:00 – Gina Carano firing from Disney – she has standing for a lawsuit because she got fired for her political opinions which is illegal in California. Barnes says it is part of an internal power structure inside of Disney between the SJW (Kathleen Kennedy) vs. the Disney Storytellers. They recognize that Kennedy has really damaged the “Star Wars” brand. Keep an eye on this.

55:00 – Impeachment follies – worth hearing. The Democrats falsified evidence and were caught. Per above they did a desperate last second maneuver and realized that it would blow back on them. Everything about the trial was wrong and illegal. Barnes thought that the defense should have put the election on trial but they took the easy way out. That is the problem with “corporate” mainstream lawyering. They look for the easy way out or they resign. Remember that Trump’s original team resigned and these lawyers stepped in late. However they didn’t recognize this was a political trial and not a legal trial and that lead to the first day mis-steps. (I didn’t watch a single minute of this kangaroo trial and came out better for it.)

Most of you probably seen the Trump Lawyer stomping a CBS spokesmodel.

1:20:00 – HR1 (voter fraud) and HR 127 (gun control) – bad bad bad all the way around. HR1 seeks to put the rules that were in this election into Federal law. It will most likely pass. Elections have consequences and this is one of them. I belong to the Frei and Barnes Local board (a $5/month content website). I can recommend it to all. For $60 it has a lot of good content. I put this proposition forward and Barnes liked it. HR1 can ONLY be applied to Federal Congressional elections if the state legislature stand up and say so. (Good luck with that).

“So assume HR1 is passed. I assume that for Federal elections it would be in force but for state races it would not be due to constitutional reasons. In Michigan, the 2022 are the state government races. Can the legislature state that it’s rules apply to the state races ie. no drop boxes, signature verification is required and poll challengers have free access but for the federal house races the national rules apply? So only ballots that pass state requirements are qualified to count for state races. Other ballots are set aside. Then those state disqualified ballots that do pass HR1 criteria are then counted for federal races not state races. It would be logistically challenging in a sense but doable. I can see the deep state just crap their drawers because now the suspect ballots are isolated and easily verified that the person casting the ballot is legal qualified to do so. Are there Federal laws that would prohibit this? ”

HR 127 is a gun control addict wet dream – National Registry, ban certain classification of weapons, ammunition restriction, psychological fitness determination. It passage is tentative.

1:35 – Convention of States to amend the constitution. – closer than you think. Will have to very carefully managed.

1:38 – Kyle Rittenhouse bail hearing – Ho Boy was Robert cranked up. Basically a dishonest prosecutor lying through his teeth and the judge struck all of his points down. Robert will be part of the criminal defense team if it gets that far. He doesn’t think it will because of a video showing extenuating circumstances allowing self defense as settled by Wisconsin law. Why is the prosecutor is doing this is to deflect that this riot was not a local protest but done by out of state thugs and crooks. Remember – the people of Kenosha voted for this man.

1:52 – various topics starting with the Florida travel ban proposal. All they have to do is point to New York and New Jersey going crazy when the Trump administration proposed the same.

  2. Thank you Neo, really valuable information.
Your posts are, directly and indirectly, one of the most credible source (and, as in this case, source of good sources) I use to inform my acquaintances and colleagues informed about what’s happening in the US, since what we get from the mainstream media here is grotesquely deformed.

  3. Spartacus- thanks for providing the timeline. These guys are great, but I didn’t have time to watch the whole video and it allowed me to zoom in on a couple of things that most interested me. I was particularly interested in Barnes on the Kyle Rittenhouse case, but his take on Disney’s Gina Carano firing was fascinating as well.

  4. In my opinion CJ Roberts should have refused but asked Clarence Thomas to handle the trial in his place. Fun galore!!

  5. I first watched this duo from the link provided for the Barnes/Dershowitz discussion of mandatory vaccination. I have been watching since–a great addition to the small window of time I can devote to current issues. Thank you Neo. And this link to Frei’s breakdown of the “cat” lawyer on the Zoom court proceeding was hysterical. I laugh everytime I watch it.
