And I have it on good authority that the rat was wearing a tiny MAGA hat — 18 Comments

  1. That lil fellar is tantamount to a modern day augury: been sent as a sign by the Lord of Hosts, having us all on.

  2. There are no rats in Baltimore. There are no rats in Baltimore. There are no rats in Baltimore. There are no rats in Baltimore.

Repeat as needed until you believe and those around you acquiesce or, hopefully, embrace.

  3. Holy crud!! That rat was as big as some barn rats I have seen down here in Texas!!

  4. I got my first 22LR at 8. It came from an ad in Field and Streams. USPS delivered to our house. No stupid background checks involved. I was put to work shooting rats trying to get into the corn crib and the chicken house. That is where I honed my marksmanship. I still have that rifle. I take it with me when I visit the county rifle range. I never kept track of how many rounds have gone down that barrel, but it still shoots true.

Yes, I am a lifetime NRA member and a total evil gun nut. We are fighting for Constitutional carry in Iowa.

  5. No way can you use 22 shorts or longs in a city area
    they bounce all over…
[though out in country i loved plinking sun dried clay chunks from the river. we would take rope, and grab some around the rope, let it dry on bent grass, hang it up, and when you shot it, big puff of clay powder (and yes, i am a city boy not country lad)]

though at the distances a pellet gun CO2… would be fine
but they can breed faster than you can shoot em (in the city)

  6. I actually have a designed solution for them for cities and more
there are some people who can sell nothing for millions with words
there are others who cant sell a million for nothing having not the right words
for all my skills and talents, they are worthless as are the solutions from them.

  7. I watched Episode 1 of “The Wire.” It is set in Baltimore in 2002. Astounding.

Why didn’t the Obama-Biden do something?

  8. Obama-Biden Administration.

The Freddie Gray riots happened on their watch.

  9. It’s oft said that Trump playing the press and the Left is like watching a cat chase a red laser dot.

I’m sure he knew well beforehand about the rat infestation in Baltimore, and that Cummings’ district got some $16 billion in aid last year. And so, he tweeted that Cummings should go back to Baltimore and clean it up, knowing that the Democrats would scream “racist” and rush to Cummings’ side. After which, there would be video of rats running around and news of the wasted billions would come out.

And not so long ago, he criticized Puerto Rico government for wasting so much of the emergency hurricane aid, and now the Puerto Ricans (to their credit) have thrown their governor out of office.

Part of the art of the deal is to know your opponents’ behavior, and to know all the facts . . . before you make your move. Trump is masterful at doing that.

  10. Trump – Baltimore is rat-infested.

Media and Dems – Racist liar! (as rats literally seen on newscasts.)

Trump – I was at ground zero on 9/11…

MSNBC – Liar! No evidence! (as NBC footage is found showing Trump at site.)

Trump – … but I’m not considering myself a first responder.

Media – Liar! Trump is suggesting he was a first responder!

All lies by the media and Dems, but most people only hear the media and Dems. The social networks are locking out voices to combat their lies so how will the word get out?

They talk of war with Eurasia then switch to war with Eastasia; Newspeak; thoughtcrimes; etc. We surely seem to be living close to 1984.

  11. Trump: clean up Baltimore
Democrat Mayor: Help us Mr. President, give us money
Trump: What have you done with the $16B we gave to you over the last 12 months
Trump: Cummings should have his committee investigate where the money went

Trump mousetraps (or rat-traps) the democrats every time!

  12. “We are fighting for Constitutional carry in Iowa.” parker

“the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”, seems clear enough to me.

“The liberties of the American people were dependent upon the ballot-box, the jury-box, and the cartridge-box; that without these no class of people could live and flourish in this country.” ~ Frederick Douglass

    Artfldgr,

“I actually have a designed solution for them for cities”

In all sincerity, please share them with us, if valid, perhaps someone else can succeed in promoting them.

  13. You better start another War of Independence before it’s too late or you’ll have rats all over the country.

  14. Harry Cherry @TheHarryCherry: https://mobile.twitter.com/TheHarryCherry/status/1156427626350817285

Tucker: “What happened to the $2.3 billion dollars the feds sent Baltimore?”

Councilman: “I’m not here to talk about that”

TUCKER: “Why have two mayors resigned? What happened to the money?”

    CM: “400 years of racism”

TUCKER: “Why is the murder rate so high?”

    CM: “Racism”

As the Councilman himself attests, education in Baltimore has been very poor.

So we witness: he believes he has a winning argument here, and not a demonstration of his own educational victimisation. Poverty, we note, arrives in many guises.

  15. }}} I watched Episode 1 of “The Wire.” It is set in Baltimore in 2002. Astounding.

Why didn’t the Obama-Biden do something?

THEY DID. They did the same thing Dems always do:

    They threw money at it.

    With the same near-zero results.

  16. “With the same near-zero results.”

The trouble with that formulation, OBloody, is the metric used. The results never were what appears on the surface, but rather, getting those monies into the hands of friends and friendly organizations. Hence, the efforts turn out to be quite successful indeed. The “troubles” don’t change, but the changers are enriched and still standing ready to receive further donations to try again and again! What could be better? Rent seeking is the name of the game.
