(Personally, I am looking forward to his vote that declares the PTAB unconstitutional in the Oil States case; assuming cert is granted.)

Not wishing illness or death on anyone, but it would be monumental if another originalist could be appointed by 2018.
Of importance yes but the next nomination to replace a liberal SC justice will be the decisive one. That will set a new standard in political firestorms.

This was the primary reason I voted for Trump. (Not that it did any good in The People’s Republic of Puget Sound.” 🙁 ) May Justice Gorsuch live long and prosper.

So be it. Since many on the federal courts have decided they have legislative and executive powers in addition to their judicial powers, SCOTUS is the last resort to peacefully thwart the left. Take the courts away from the left and they will shrink even more than the shrinkage of the ruin of obama. Blue is confined to the east coast, west coast and large metro areas elsewhere. Make them suffer, they have earned their pain.
It will not be easy, but its never easy.
So what happens to all the cheerleaders when Gorsuch makes his first “Roberts and Obamacare” decision?

AesopFan, is right, we need to wait and see with Gorsuch.
The senate having to invoke the nuclear option for this candidate was crazy. While the left doesn’t care and pays no price for their obstructing actions, there hangs over my head a faint cloud of doubt that only time will tell about Gorsuch.
