Boston Globe has a little “Dewey Defeats Truman” action
Here’s a photo of the classic jumping-the-gun press faux pas:

The superbowl was stolen; the Falcons out scored the Patriots in the first 3 quarters and the Patriots only out scored them in one quarter and the OT thingy. Its the Electoral College stolen election all over again. Plus, Brady plays golf with djt and that proves it was stolen.
(One of my neighbors told me this over our weekly breakfast this morning, further proof that we all need a safe space.) 😉

You’re sure your neighbor wasn’t making a joke?
I read a similar comment on a blog, but it was definitely meant as a joke.
Parker:
“. . .further proof that I need a new neighbor.” There. Fixed it for you.
He was making a joke. He is conservativ, and more conservative than me when it comes to many social issues, but is a real gentleman none the less. I’ve known him for almost 30 years.
Well it was a bitter end….for the Falcons.
Leftist heads were exploding because the team is named Patriots. While they are all chanting ” no nations, no borders” Animal names PC now, until PETA gets wind.
PS. Thank you globee another nail in coffin of Fake News.
The need to be the first with the story, the tweet and retweet, the breathless “breaking news”, which seems to be breaking for 24-48 hours after I first heard about it… it’s enough to drive ya nuts.
I’ve added the whitehouse.gov link and President Trump’s twitter account to my list of morning reads. I’m watching more events directly and not just reading someone’s opinion of what happened.
When one takes some grad level history courses, you learn to go to the original source document.
Clearly, the Falcons should have campaigned in Michigan!
