This is completely and utterly unimportant
But something about it is interesting, I think. It’s a woman transforming herself into a pretty good facsimile of Sophia Loren through the magic of makeup, and doing a pretty nifty job of it. And no, she doesn’t start out looking like Loren:
wow, she’s really a wonderful makeup artist..thanks!!
Amazing! I’ll send that to my nieces. They love playing with dramatic makeup.
Wow! She’s a great example of why there is the term makeup ARTIST.
All I can think about here is the amazing cosmetic surgery being done these days in South Korea and the fact that there are SIX authorized Maria Sharapova lookalikes who tour Asia (in particular) to make appearances in her stead for the many advertising campaigns she’s involved in, from Canon to Pepsi-Cola, from which she earns more than $24 million a year (for the last ten years).
The question is does Sophia Loren look like Sophia Loren?
Dennis:
Good question.
I don’t think we’ve ever seen Loren without her makeup. Then again, I think she had minimalist makeup for parts of “Two Women” and she still looked like Loren.
