Another day…
…another extension.
One individual familiar with the unannounced [one-day] extension said that it is, in part, intended as a buffer in case the Web site has trouble if a last-minute surge of insurance-seekers proved more than the computer system could handle.
According to the two individuals, both of whom spoke on condition of anonymity about a matter that is not public, the one-day extension is automatic, built into the software, and cannot be overridden by individual insurers if they object.
Asked to explain the reason for the extension ”” and why it has been kept secret ”” officials at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal agency overseeing the health exchange, did not immediately respond.
ObamaCare, arguably the most epic fail of all time. Thank God that liberals are sooo incompetent. And its just begun; elderly seniors are about to get clobbered on Jan 1st. Obamacare mandates are set to shutter THOUSANDS of volunteer fire departments. 74% of small businesses are planning on firing and cutting back on hours.
Millions will be forced into the states’ Medicaid and the state can come back after you’re dead and bill your estate for ordinary health-care expenses. What a devious way to redistribute assets.
And the ticking time bomb of the employer mandate awaits…
It just goes on and on with new consequences revealed every week. We sure are learning what’s in it, now that the democrats voted for it, aren’t we…
Hopefully there is a special circle in Hell reserved for those responsible for this nightmarish fraudulent act.
Does CJ John Roberts ever stop to think of this? In the quiet moments before falling asleep does he consider that this entire train wreck could have been avoided had he simply followed his sworn oath? Does he fill any responsibility for the millions who are losing coverage; having their premiums raised; or losing access to their preferred providers?

But it is not just Obama’s hands that will be soaked in blood, among many others, it will also be upon the hands of the 13 Democrats, Who Knew You Would Lose Your Plan, But Lied, Are up for Re-election in 2014
It will also be upon John Roberts hands and like Pontius Pilate, he can never remove the stain.
The rule of law should be (but is not always when laws are convoluted and complex beyond the understanding of those who write the law) a straightforward affair. The rule of men/women is always capricious and ultimately wicked and corrupt. At least it is now out in the open for all with eyes that see. The obamacare debacle is the best, last chance to turn course away from the place on the map from which no one has ever returned.

And another egregious example of Rule-by-Fiat by His Royal Highness, King Barack, and his administration.
At this point, I don’t what to say about this crap anymore. For all those hardcore “progressives” who don’t mind some Rule-by-Fiat as long as the fiats point leftward: be careful, you may rue the day this became a country of men, not of laws.
As for the MSM drones and other low-information types: wake the hell up and smell the authoritarianism. “Fiat” is not just a car made in Italy. It means the President and other people in Big Government are making it up as they go along, lawlessly issuing edicts from on high, telling you exactly what you can and cannot do–with no recourse other than to shut up and take it.
Turn off the TV set, start thinking for yourself and take a stand against this lawlessness before it’s too late.
