Ted Kennedy Jr. not running…
…for John Kerry’s Senate seat.
That opens the way for Scott Brown to return to the Senate, if he can win the special election. And if there’s no Kennedy scion to claim the throne, it’s highly possible.
Not that it matters all that much at this point; the GOP threw away too many Senate seats they might have had. But still, every one counts, and it would be nice to have even a RINO occupying that particular Massachusetts seat rather than a die-hard liberal.
In other news, “Ted Kennedy to Stay Dead.”
“[I]t would be nice to have even a RINO occupying that particular Massachusetts seat rather than a die-hard liberal.”
I agree.
We may remember, in Massachusetts, a RINO is, in contrast to the population at large, a right-wing neo-fascist tea-bagger bought ‘n’ paid for by the Koch brothers (or big oil, or big tobacco, or big carbon, or big cholestorol, or Halliburton, or the religious right, or . . .).
‘Tis relative.
Especially in Massachusetts.
Especially in Massachusetts.
I knew Jack Kennedy, and Ted junior is no John Kerry. And Scott Brown, whoever the heck that is, probably couldnt even drive Ted Kennedy’s car, much less run it off a bridge into a river, and still make it back in time for cocktails.
But if the dead Ted Kennedy can still vote, why can’t he run for the Kerry senate seat?
Scott Brown can not, in a life time, commit manslaughter and several other felonies on par with the great, drunken legacy of Teddy. How dare he attempt to fill the seat of John Ghenis Kahn Kerry! SB has not married a billionaire heirist and does not own a yacht to anchor in Rhode Island. Cast stones upon his upstart head should he attempt to ursurp, once again, the rightful station of his betters.
