I am making a collection of the stupider spam-posts that I get at http://www.ncobrief.com. One of my fellow veteran NCOs installed a spam-blocking system a few years ago, which has entrapped some real doozies. The only way that I can account for it is that some spam-generating service is charging some very innocent/stupid vendors for their services.
