This is why I’ve used a credit union for over a decade. They pay me to have a checking account with an interest bearing account. Not much. But it adds up instead of costing

Heh… as rarely as I write actual, you know, checks… I both understand why they’d have to do it, and it won’t add as much to the revenue stream anyway.
I agree with Baklava, if you are using a commercial bank – switch to a credit union. You’ll be glad you did.
