The other “voucher states” are Iowa, Alaska, and North Dakota. The really blue states just don’t require anything.

I found this out by following neo’s link and checking up on the states marked as requiring non-photo ID.

The vouching legislation of the voucher states was passed by the states’ legislators, likely all Democrats. The most Democratic states are California, New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Washington, and Maryland.

My own state does not require ID or vouching. If you sign something saying you can vote, you can vote. It's supposed to be a provisional ballot and they're supposed to check before adding it to those to be counted, but that's a lot of work for what's going to be a Dem landslide anyway and they might need that ballot later if it looks like it's really close, so I think they just store them in car trunks until they're needed.

“We need a way to enable more voter fraud.”
“How about voter vouching?”
“Too obvious. There’s no conceivable motive for that _other_ than cheating.”
“I don’t care.”
“Yeah, me neither. It’s not like anything happens to people who commit vote fraud.”
