Hi TJ.
Very early this morning you wrote that we should all read Tim Groseclose's popular paperback book on his findings, “No Left Turns”.
Sadly, alI I can find is a 2012 book he wrote titled "Left Turns".
.
Do you have a way to find the book you meant?
I assumed it was an update on the topic, by Groseclose.

Reply to Chases Eagles. According to the great research by Tim Groseclose, PhD degreed political economist (Stanford Business School, posted to UCLA, now GMU), media LEFT bias gives the CommieKKKrats an 8-10% advantage in national elections.

He built his case by finding a clear linear Left-Right variable — DC think tank citations — in Congressional speeches and media political coverage.

Groseclose noticed how the slow nationwide roll out of the first non-left or non-far left news outlet, FNC on cable, during the 1990s, and the change wreaked upon biannual Congressional election outcomes during the 1990s. That’s what he and his research teams documented.

Recall that until the Gingrich Republican Revolution, media kept the enemy CommieKKKrats in the House for some 45 uninterrupted years!

And this change began to keep party hold on House elections repeatedly variable ever since. THIS is where American politics first underwent a shift, albeit much less than the lurch that came with the Obama years, which combined with collective White guilt induction, re-started the placid race hustling war.

Has anybody read Tim Groseclose’ popular paperback book on his findings, “No Left Turns”? It oughta be required among info-vores, if not everyone.

Trump and Peaher Johnson are about make a play to pss the SAVE America Act to strengthen vote security. (It may satisfy this distrustful non voter — since 2016.)

During Fox News shows Watters or Laura Ingram this evening, the word was discloed that Trump is doing a major address Thursday evening from the White House on election security. (I was working with the TV on, not really paying attention except occasionally.)

THIS speech may be the best reveal since Tulsi Gabbard and Team Patrick Byrne said something Big is coming. Or else what follows from a Trump cri d’cour (SP? Nod to huxley.)

Of course, what we really want is prosecutions and perp walks of the villains! Desperately. But if only the SAVE America Act gets passed, this could be enough, despite that disappointment.

Non-citizens voting is happening and is a problem that is getting worse in blue states for obvious reasons. But probably the biggest problems with voter rolls are invalid addresses and inadequate signature verification on mail-in ballots. The 2020 election was decided by about 43,000 votes in Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona. The number of invalid ballots in these states far exceeds the margin of victory in each state.

There is a lot of work being done by volunteers across many states to clean up the voter rolls (my wife is one such volunteer). But we live in West Virginia where the county clerks responsible for maintaining the voter rolls are trying their best to keep them up to date. Unfortunately this is not the case in California and other blue states. If the voter rolls were properly updated, photo ID was required to vote, and adequate signature verification was required in all states, Democrats would indeed have a very hard time winning elections which Elissa Slotkin admits.

In California, if there is a close contest between a Republican and a Democrat, the "late" mail-in ballots ALWAYS put the Democrat over the top.
California is also a hotbed of No Kings rallies. In the better news department Gavin Newsom will be out of state for the next 6 months.

Rfwp:

I've written many posts on the subject of voting fraud. The summary version is that any time a significant number of people don't trust the system, that's a big problem in itself; plus that there is almost no way to prove fraud once it has happened so it MUST be prevented. That means that - among other things - recounts will not help when votes are fraudulent in the first place. And there are many different ways to cast fraudulent votes.

In the case of non-citizens voting, even a single case is bad and should be prosecuted.

But when I discussed how much it was happening, I was talking about whether any elections - especially national ones - had the results changed because of the existence of non-citizen votes.
