These things nuclear are really the only major leverage they have and, without them–their military and navy now decimated–they are pretty much a minor power.

As in Iran, the Cuban people are not armed, and the government has all the weapons. Let’s hope the President and the secretary of state figure out a way to bring down the Cuban government without a lot of bloodshed.

After several years filled with innumerable tests—many dozen—by now, perhaps hundreds–of rockets fired, multiple types of lasers shot up into the sky, unmarked Military model helicopters sometimes passing overhead, observing them, drone experiments and GPS anomalies, the “hitchhiker effect,” close and continuous observation of the area’s radiation levels and other electromagnetic fields, observation posts and high speed cameras observing everything, excavations and strange materials found—with hints of some large ovoid object underground, UAPs flying by and, once, even into and out of the Mesa, cattle mutilations, an apparent cryptoid corpse, strange radiation spikes and illnesses, film of a ground level orb, etc., etc., etc.

You’d think that, by now, the research team—putting all these things together–would have been able to come up with some sort of overarching theory to tie it all together but, no, they just keep piling on more tests, and stringing us along.

The answer is always illusive, just out of reach.

Who exactly would the “deal” be with? What about the other 4 or 5 interests?

Once we have a deal with one interest, aren’t the others still free to say and do anything? Who’s going to stop them? Select one: Us / Nobody

While there is a deal, aren’t we constrained from taking action without being accused of breaking it? Won’t this be a trap of our own devising?

And we are already conceding that a deal would involve giving the Iranians access to considerable sanctioned funds?

I see a future where we delude ourselves that a piece of paper means something, while they know it means nothing!

What the hell is going on here? Is Trump trying to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory? Sure looks like it!!

She argues that three things are now in place which make military escalation likely:

* Trump’s conditions are not met
* Military build-up is complete. (The US and Israel have been busy during the ceasefire.)
* Trump is back from China.

I would add that the recent negotiations appear to be more of the usual Iranian delaying tactics.

Ghamari makes no firm predictions, but I consider military action imminent. Trump has given the Iranians more than enough chances and he needs to resolve Iran soon so Hormuz is open, gas prices start coming down and Republicans can start focusing on the midterms.
