 hmm...pennies.

 Will the government [really] stop making pennies?

 That will make the sellers-of-goods: round down everything to [about 5 cents less], or [to five cents more, aka to another nickel].

 I&#039;m betting on [lots] of sellers rounding things up to- 5 cents MORE.

 I live near a lot of small towns- the customers, here, won&#039;t like some things- going up by 500%.

 What do you think?

					<description><![CDATA[My favorite Gauss story - he’s like 12, in school, and the class is acting up and pissing the teacher off. To get some peace and quiet the teacher, who according to the story I heard, isn’t that fond of Gauss, probably because he was already smarter than him, tells the class to add up all the numbers between 1 and 100. And thus they start, 1+2+3+4+5…you get the idea it will take a while. Young Friedrich is just sitting there thinking.  Eventually the teacher says something, “Friedrich? Don’t you think you’d better get started?” He writes down 5,050 and hands it in. The teacher stares at it and says, “How’d you do this?  You couldn’t have added those numbers in your head.” Gauss says, “Of course not. But after thinking a bit I realized that 100+1=101, and 99+2=101, and 98+3=101, so all you’ve really got is fifty 101’s. And 50 X 101 = 5,050.” I love that story whether it’s true or not!]]></description>

Some folks top out at arithmetic or algebra, sure, and they&#039;d think QM math was pretty hard. QM math isn&#039;t harder than (or even different from, it&#039;s the very same as) the math used in Newtonian physics. A lot of tricks are used to reduce math to algebra where possible. To further that end some things are written in a different notation. 

By considering the symmetry of a system you can cut the work way down, into knowing if the answer is just going to be zero (then you don&#039;t have to do anything) or if it will be something that requires more work. People like Gauss, world-historical geniuses, figured out that you can do things like that, but reasonably-capable-with-math people can apply what they figured out with little trouble.]]></description>
