For those who remember the Garland terrorist attack (only the two Islamic terrorists were killed), their FBI handler was right behind them in his car when the shooting happened, and cops stopped him and he presented his FBI ID. He didn’t notify Garland police even though they all drove across states to conduct the attack.

The FBI handler had texted them “tear up Texas” prior to the attack.
