I get the impression that Republicans become easily fixated on that brass ring - having estabished a majority they think they can now coast, creating a low intensity vulnerability that will, if not corrected, will destroy them. And us.  Democrats are fixated on only one thing - winning - all the time and at any cost; they are not a casual opponent, nor one to be trifled with or ignored.]]></description>

The US Mission to the UN has a Chargé d&#039;affaires when the Ambo position isn&#039;t filled, and the Chargé can vote as the White House directs.
