The complaint describes the five plaintiffs — all of whom deny being TdA members — coming to the United States as “arrivals” of “Venezuelans” — like they came in through Ellis Island. In the declarations filed in support of a motion for a TRO, each of the five plaintiffs states they have filed asylum petitions. Each of them claims that they have fear of being returned to Venezuela, and one aspect of their fear is that they have a fear of TdA and have been or likely will be victimized by TdA. All five individuals named in the complaint state in their declarations that their asylum applications remain pending.

So, to assuage the fears of five people afraid of Tren de Agua the judge …. orders the government to return thousands of members of Tren de Agua.
How does that make any kind of sense at all?

PS If the five were not members of TdA, then I accept that they shouldn’t be deported in the company of the gangsters; but if they were here illegally, then deported they should be.

Notice who is missing; shall we just transport the TdeA & other gangsters from the sane group to the others, who seem to want them?

And it should be looked into, as should any questionable dealings by conservatives / Republicans.
However, the what-about-ism and persistent denial that anyone on the Left should be recused or even investigated for blatant conflicts of interest (Boasberg is not the only one) is pretty nervy from the group that wanted to impeach Justice Thomas for taking vacations with a friend.

But I believe it was NBC News this evening that pointed out El Salvador was being paid $6M to “house” those 246 (?) folks for one year. Not sure what happens if/when those payments stop??
